    My experience with Apple and its store located in Augusta, Georgia, on Saturday, January 10th, 2026 has been appalling and has inconvenienced me in the worst way possible. The past few days I've had persistent issues charging my iPhone 16 ProMax. This came to me as a surprise seeing as though my device is fairly new. I took the phone in to be looked at on Thursday, January 8th. The tech that serviced me confirmed my complaints and informed me that in order for the issue to be resolved, I'd have to drop the phone off at the Genius Bar to be serviced. I returned the morning of Saturday, January 10th to drop it off when my schedule was free. I was told the repair would take an hour and half from the time I dropped it off. I dropped it off some time after 10:30 A.M, so my pick up time was set for around 1:00 P.M. I returned to the store around this time, when a tech informed me I'd have to wait an additional 15-20 minutes because during the repair process of my old phone, a piece was broken and that the techs needed more time to carefully reassemble it. About 25 minutes later, the tech returned, this time bringing me an entirely new phone. The tech informed that the store didn't have the adequate amount of adhesive to repair the broken piece of my old phone, so they wound up giving me an entirely new one. The second inconvenience arose when my service provider began having issues transferring my eSim from my old device to the new one. I sat in the store nearly three hours, communicating with both my service provider and several different Apple techs trying to resolve the issue. I finally wound up leaving the store around 5 P.M, with the issue still unresolved. I am currently in the hiring process for a new job and also in the middle of a lawsuit, so I am hoping that me not having access to a phone or any of my iCloud data will forfeit me from these offers. I am most certainly disappointed. I honestly expected a far better experience seeing as though Apple is a top-rated company for both quality of customer service and products.

    Ebony was so amazing! She was helpful, efficient, helped us with our repairs and walked us through every step in a way that allowed us to both understand what she was doing and be comfortable with how she was doing it. She had a great sense of humor, and followed all store policies flawlessly! If there is ever any room for a store promotion or raise, she is most definitely the one for it!

    Very unhappy with my experience, started out okay. Everyone seemed friendly and like they wanted to help. I had a technician look at my IPad and they told me that we needed to let it charge before running a different diagnostic test that would take AT LEAST 30 minutes. I said okay and they walked away to take their lunch break. After 6 minutes of sitting on my phone, another technician walked up and ran the same test. I explained to her what the previous technician had told me and they more or less ignored me. She ran the test and told me I needed to buy a new IPad. This experience didn’t ruin apple for me but it added another reason to my list of why I’ll be moving away from apple in 2026. You’d be better off not getting help from this Apple Store and just going to one of those tech repair shops around town!

    I don’t know why this place has so low reviews? Everybody has treated everybody else so awesome. Even helping older folks with problems that don’t even relate to Apple. Always go here for any business/personal needs!
