Handed me off to another technician who took my operable iPhone to a state of inoperable. Told me to come back in two hours once they had taken it apart in the back. I have AppleCare plus. After taking the phone apart, and making me wait an additional two hours for an update, they told me there was nothing they could do, they didn’t have the required parts to fix it, could not restore functionality to the phone as it was when I brought it in, and could not set me up in a functional loaner phone. Totally unacceptable customer service. Wasted 5 1/2 hours of my day sitting at the store, which is not well run
