Talk about customer experience. We got the phone replaced, couldn’t get it activated, the rep disappeared and left us just wasting our time. I asked for the old phone, she was like you can’t touch it! All I wanted was to verify that it had been erased. Do not waste your time with this store and it’s employees. REMEMBER BECAUSE OF US CUSTOMERS YOU HAVE A JOB! NO NEED TO BE RUDE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!
