  Just had a horrible experience at Apple. I got moved around to sit at another table. Then the tech acted as though he could help. Didn’t have any options to help me with. A year ago I traded in my Apple products and got credit asked the lady could she provide me information on the credit I have left and she said she didn’t know what I was talking about. Just call the real Apple company and they are able to give you more information then being in the store with attitudes.

  Unless you’re buying the phone, these people are not helping you with a thing. I’ve been in there multiple times whether it’s help getting into my iCloud or help with something in general unless you’re buying a phone these people won’t help you with a thing they’ll say oh no, we can’t fix that. You have to get a new phone Absolutely insane.

  Terrible experience here. Ordered the new Neo online and when i got To the store it wasn’t ready on time. They made me stand on hold with support while in the store because they couldn’t process the order??. Ended up having to cancel my order and re purchase the item. Ridiculous

  They will not replace phone battery unless it is below 80% capacity. Not sure if it’s policy, but they should make that clear prior to an appointment when you drive from 30 min away. 82% is not close enough according to the “Genius Bar” employee that didn’t help me at all.
