- MCmason cNov 19, 20251.0Only giving 1 star because the guy at the front who gathered my information was genuinely nice. One of the vets was too, but I didn’t trust her. Anyways, Once the doctor finished the checkup and started talking about recommendations, it felt like they were trying to choose for me what I should pay for. I told them clearly I was on a budget and didn’t want anything unnecessary. I was also told my medicine was covered by the guy, but then they charged me for it anyway after I said I was on a budget... which could have been out of spite, even if it wasn’t, I still got bad vibes from the vets. Overall, not a place I’d recommend or return to. It started great, ended horrible. Props to the young gentleman!
- MKMegan KempMar 24, 20225.0I recently adopted a cat from the Atlanta Humane Society and went to this VCA for an initial complementary check-up. The staff was very friendly and very efficient - I actually got there about 5 to 10 minutes late and they were very understanding and still took me back almost immediately. The vet was very kind and knowledgeable (I think I may have asked her about 15 questions lol), and overall I feel like I received very good care here. I was very impressed with their facility; it was extremely clean and well kept. Also, they write the names of the animals they are going to see that day on a board in the waiting room and I thought that was super cute.
