  If you want better care and friendlier service, visit the VCA Midtown location. This location has been consistently difficult about every detail of the vet care process, from not listening to our concern to saying our cat is “chronically stressed” and prescribing drugs (he’s a very relaxed cat) to aftercare. Our cat ended up just being dehydrated. VCA Midtown has friendlier employees and is more professional and caring for your pet. This location has been frustrating every time I’ve visited.

  The staff is very helpful and the pharmacy department is the best. A supplier was running short of a medication. The pharmacist went over the list of animals that would be due for a refill and contacted us in advance. They found a new online supplier and helped us sign up so that we received the medication without interruption. Very proactive and caring. Thanks very much!

  I love the staff at this location. They are very polite and friendly, they make every visit feels like a gathering. They treat you like family and make sure all needs and concerns are met.

  It was a wonderful experience for both me and my dog. The staff was so nice and very resourceful. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.
