    I did Forgetthe ladies’s name that helped me, but she was very professional kind. Courteous gave me suggestions ideas and just was really kind and courteous with my purchase of my new iPhone/upgrade.

    Such a great experience here! Our Sales Associate Jonathan was an absolute wizard. I went from a pixel 5 to a 10 and my gf went from an iPhone 14 to 17. Johnathan went above and beyond saving us $35 on our monthly bill, perfectly installing our screen protectors, and getting all our data transferred perfectly. He worked with us throughout the entire process making sure we were completely satisfied. Easily the best Verizon experience I've had. He was even able to help my gf reset her Apple ID which was a one hr process. 10/10 would come back here just for Johnathan.
