Lori at Verizon was absolutely AMAZING. She went above and beyond to help me and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about solving my issue.
It’s rare to find someone who takes the time to explain everything clearly and make sure you leave happy — but Lori did exactly that. Because of her, I’ll definitely continue doing business with Verizon.

Switched to Verizon with this store after 10+ years with ATT. After more than 5 visits we still have unresolved service and billing issues. As well as unauthorized charges. Hope (store manger?) told us a business manager would fix our bill and follow up with us 2x and has yet to resolve after 4 months. We’ve been more than patient waiting for resolution. Would not recommend using Verizon and this store based on our current experience.
