    family’s account with Verizon has been open for ~20 years and never have I experienced such bad customer service. Went to this Verizon location on 2/20/26 looking to upgrade my iPhone. The lady “helping” me had her AirPods in, wasn’t listening, was swearing in conversations with her coworkers while sitting with me, and was so unprofessional. Ultimately after providing no help she got rude and sassy with me and although her volume wasn’t loud she basically yelled at me with what she was saying and how she said it. She said she couldn’t do the upgrade due to a hairline crack in the corner of my screen even though I had called Verizon and they told me it was okay. I even said I would go get it fixed and turn it in later and she still kept an attitude and basically left me with no option but to leave. I bealive the motive behinds why she got so rude and unprofessional was due to the fact that I am in my 20s and I arrived on Friday at 6:00pm and with the store closing at 7:00 I think she just didn’t want to stay late and knew I was just a young girl who wasn’t going to push back. I ultimately visited another store (driving 30 mins) and got my upgrade with no problems and was told I could turn in my old phone later once it’s fixed. I have never even written a poor google review however when I left the store I was very upset because of how I was treated for no reason and I felt my kindness was taken advantage of. Maybe I am being sensitive however I am a very kind person and didn’t do anything to warrant such a rude and unprofessional response. I had also already worked a full day and drove in rush hour to arrive at Verizon sit on the phone to get account authorization for 20 mins only to get a very unprofessional employee who rudely talked down to me and left me with no choice but to leave the store sad and upset. I’m sorry that I had to write this but I feel it’s VERY warranted.

    This is by far the worst Verizon Wireless location I’ve visited. The staff was loud and unprofessional. I came in to purchase an iPhone 17 Pro Max, and once I arrived, I was told my down payment was higher than what I was quoted online. That wasn’t an issue I simply wanted to call customer service to verify the information. While I was on the phone, an employee who was not assisting me interrupted the conversation in a very rude manner, repeatedly saying, “Nothing is going to change,” instead of allowing customer service to do their job. Her attitude was unnecessary and disrespectful. Due to the lack of professionalism and poor customer service, I would not recommend this location.
