  I had an absolutely amazing experience at the Verizon Wireless store in Buckhead, and I have to shout out Izzy and Stas for their incredible customer service! From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed, answered all my questions with patience, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. No rushing, no confusion, just knowledgeable guidance and real care. What stood out most was how personable and thorough they both were. They made sure I understood my options, helped me make the best decision for my needs, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up perfectly before I left. It’s rare to experience customer service that feels this intentional and effortless. Izzy and Stas truly set the standard. If you’re visiting the Buckhead location, you’re in excellent hands! Thank you both for such a top-tier experience!

  Came to the Verizon store on 3255 Peachtree Rd. and Frederick and Marquis were absolutely amazing. They need raises because I had no phones when I walked in and they were able to help me get activated and assisted with getting my phone numbers transferred over.

  I am extremely disappointed with this Verizon store and Verizon as a company overall. I am currently dealing with over $2,000 in charges due to a mistake that was made at this store by a Verizon employee. When I returned to the store to get help and hold them accountable, the staff was unprofessional, dismissive, and unwilling to take responsibility. I spent hours there with little to no actual assistance and was left to deal with customer service myself while employees disappeared or showed clear frustration and attitude. Instead of resolving an issue they contributed to creating, I was told to wait on tickets, wait additional days, and continue calling customer service with no real solution. No ownership. No urgency. No care. This experience showed a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. Verizon’s customer service has been consistently unhelpful, and this store made an already stressful financial situation even worse. I would not recommend Verizon or this location to anyone.

  Great experience with Chris - even on a busy Saturday afternoon! Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. As someone who’s not the most techy, Chris was there with me every step of the way (often 5 steps ahead actually)! It was truly a pleasure!

  Lori assisted us today after a discrepancy on our bill. She was absolutely fantastic and had the errant items removed within 15 minutes. After we were initially told our bill would be $30 less and we would get a free hotspot, it was actually $30 more. What we found out was AI is actually giving quotes to agents and that's how they develop a plan for you. What actually happened was AI ended up charging us for the hotspot and adding VZ protect accounting for the $30 edition. Be vigilant and make sure you are aware of this when going in to change your plan and/or phone
