Lori assisted us today after a discrepancy on our bill. She was absolutely fantastic and had the errant items removed within 15 minutes.
After we were initially told our bill would be $30 less and we would get a free hotspot, it was actually $30 more. What we found out was AI is actually giving quotes to agents and that's how they develop a plan for you. What actually happened was AI ended up charging us for the hotspot and adding VZ protect accounting for the $30 edition. Be vigilant and make sure you are aware of this when going in to change your plan and/or phone

Ordered a phone online and it was returned and trying to get ordered transferred here for a pickup. Been chatting with customer service for over 6 hours. Keep getting passed around and then they stopped responding. Paid the money, no phone, no response and it’s been weeks. Go with any other network.

Just upgraded my i-phone 14 to an i-phone 17 Pro with Fred. He was terrific. He found me an $1,100 trade-in deal and explained all my options. As a relatively new employee, Fred was eager to serve and went the extra mile. Kudos to store manager CJ for hiring and training Fred. Fred made everything easy, for a senior citizen like me!!

Had a good experience. They really care about their customers. This was the 3rd location I went to in three days and they were professional, honest and go a lil extra mile. Chris and Brandon and another gentleman helped me. Chris and the other gentleman definitely went a lil extra to ensure my phone was activated even tho there WiFi was having some technical difficulties. Chris put me on his personal hot spot just to ensure great service. I really can compare the customer service because I went to two neighbor Verizon stores in the last two days. I’m given this store 5stars. The manager definitely make sure the employees are respectful and professional because all employees talked to customers with respect I heard and saw it myself. I saw Brandon/ Chris ensure when you walked in that door you were assigned an employee. When you leave they all say have a good day as well. I went through a lot the past two /three days trying to get a phone I was frazzled. However they made my experience much more smoother.
