We chose to stand instead. When the representative finished with the customer she didn't acknowledge us, walked around the store fiddling with merchandise, then went in the back. Even though she appeared from time to time, she never addressed us again the entire time we were in the store.

They worked together as a team to resolve longstanding disappointments that could not be effectively addressed through international outsourcing. I drove 20 miles twice (80 miles total) and it was worth it. Thank you.
- KEKatsura ESep 6, 20255.0As long time Verizon customer, I want to express my gratitude to Daniel and Darian esp Daniel, we faced a very difficult situation that the Verizon customer representative over the phone persuaded us to switch from prepaid to unlimited plan with a new iPhone 16 for the fourth line. But after we verified and converted two lines, the third line was not working. The Asia lady on the phone said she would call us but she never called back! Now 3 working lines became 2 lines. And old Verizon account no longer work. I was very frustrated and wanted to switch to other carriers but decided to visit this shop to seek for help. Daniel and Darian helped sort things out! Darian called fraud prevention and helped remove the problem line from fraud status after verification. found we added auto payment but haven’t added paperless option so missed discount. We added it. But I didn’t bring my id. So today I came back, Daniel provided postpaid SIM card for our third phone and set up it, and it worked. Then he helped added the fourth phone and told us we can pay more to switch to iPhone 16pro than iPhone 16. And my wife wants to switch number between lines and he also assisted it. Daniel is so professional and smoothly and promptly addressed all my problems. Really thank him and Darian! I would rather to spend more to talk to those good representatives in shop than over the phone.
