Since Jan 1,2026 BUYER BEWARE!! At least 2 of the salespeople at this Verizon store knowingly and willingly engage in deceptive and fraudulent sales practices. I reached out to Verizon Customer Service who provided some assistance and said she was not surprised to hear my issues. “It happens in a lot of stores,” she said. My new phone which they told me would be free actually cost me $309!

I’m trying to give the benefit of the doubt, but I would highly recommend just calling Verizon so that you can at least wait hours for help in the comfort of your own home. We went in after talking with Verizon on the phone for over an hour and getting all the information and were told it would be a very simple process to return a brand new phone that was ordered by accident. We were acknowledged when we walked in, explained the situation and told it wouldn’t be long. Several workers have appeared and disappeared and many customers have been waiting to be helped. Spent an hour waiting and when finally helped, it took a total of 3 minutes to get it done. While finishing the return, we were told drastically different information than on the phone, and then also by different people in the store, so that added even more frustration to the situation. Considering how ridiculously expensive Verizon is, you would think their customer service and customer resources would be on par.

I share the sentiment of many here that if I could give 0 stars I would. I went in yesterday to try and remove myself from a family plan onto my own line and upgrade a phone. A guy gave me a phone number to call which I did and proceeded to sit on the phone with India for the next three hours in pure frustration to have nothing resolved. I received NO HELP whatsoever from the three different people I was shoved on to in store. I was put on speaker phone and they ran around and provided no help to other people in the store either. There were several people complaining about the assistance, but mostly they reps just turned people away at the door with various dismissals for why they wouldn't be able to help them. I'm not sure why stores exist, or maybe just this store is like that. Oh and hey if you're the store manager or someone from corporate, you might want to review your security footage at about 8:52 till after 9... you might enjoy the part where the person who was helping me closed all the steel blinds and left me with a cell phone trying to resolve my own issue with India while he went to the back and never came back... again. When I got home I got on chat with Verizon and was told literally nothing had been done in the system the entire 3 hours I was on the phone. I didn't have a new plan, a new account, or anything. So I tried with chat for 2 hours only to be disconnected. I'm now back on with Chat.... let's see what happens. I'm about ready to try ATT or T-mobile... it can't possible be worse than this. And this isn't isolated. Everytime we've tried to work with Verizon customer support over the last 21 years it's been the same thing. Pure torture. Update: after spending a combined total of 22.5 hours in chat and on hold with Verizon over the course of 7 days, I finally pulled the plug and went to AT&T. I was in and out of the Buckhead AT&T in 30 mins with a new phone and a transferred number.

If i could give zero stars i would. This store has consistently provided the WORST customer service. I visited this store to get the iPhone 17 when it came out in October with the trade in promotion. They didn’t have any in stock which is fine but told me I’d have to mail my phone back for the promotion to work. It’s December this is the second time I’ve tried to return my old phone in store. The first time i was turned away and told to get the service center to send me a label. They called me and i never got the label. Now Ive been waiting on the store nearly an hour and a half just to return the phone. There for at least 20 minutes there wasn’t a sales associate on the floor to help AND a woman screaming to customer service on speaker phone. Three folks have been cut and now it’s just the store manager working who is not really helping anyone.
