Customer service tells me “go to a corporate store,” and the corporate store tells me “call customer service.” Yesterday I wasted 4 hours in another store for the same nonsense. Today the store near my work basically refused to help and told me to call again. So where exactly am I supposed to go to fix this? Verizon is unorganized, useless, and a complete scam.

I should’ve checked reviews first since I thought I was crazy, but no people reviewing here are 100% right don’t go to this store.
