The rep that helped me was kind and great but the manager Jamarcus well that’s another story I went into the Verizon store 1801 Howell Mill Ra NW, Suite 700, Atlanta, GA, 30318! I went into get the iPhone 17 pro max in orange and everything was fine they had the phone but when I didn't want to add another line all of a sudden the rep told me they didnt have the orange phone. I asked how they had the phone five minutes before, but all of a sudden didn't I have a recording of them saying that the manager was withholding orange phones for people who upgraded a line or added a line or did a sales promotion! I was told to just add the line just so I can get the orange phone and like I said this is recorded and the manager's name at the Howell Mill Road store is Jamarcus! Now that I'm taking the phone back to cancel the line they are trying to hit me with fees I called customer service and they said to go back to the store and now I'm posting it everywhere until this matter is solved this doesn't seem like great customer service for @verizon. The manager literally lied and said they didn't have the phone until I agreed to the sales promotion and then when the representative brought the phone out, he told him not to show it until I paid.This was a horrible experience

Their service was remarkable. I informed one of the staff members that I would write an excellent review for him due to the professional manner in which he handled the entire situation.
