Great visit from start to finish. The front desk was super sweet and got us in for an exam after they saw my dog Tigre was in distress. Dr. Erwood and the tech assisting him were patient, caring, and answered all our questions about the myriad of issues Tigre was experiencing. We left with medicine, peace of mind, and a feasible treatment plan. Thank you all for your help!

This place is awesome. Professional and empathetic staff. Clean and comfortable environment. The Care Club is pricey, but it's payed dividends on my kitten's early care. I'm confident he's getting the best of the best. My only complaint – I wish the vet staff would allow a little more time and space for asking questions during appointments. Nurses and receptionists don't seem to have much to offer in the way of advice.

The staff is great but they WILL price gouge/take advantage of you. This is from more than one experience, so please please advocate for yourself. Chain/corporate vets are something to be wary of and I truly wish I listened to my gut on their prices. They charged us like $1000 to aspirate cells to send for a biopsy of what turned out to be a cyst on my senior dog then recommended surgery because “it could become cancerous” which made my husband feel guilty if he didn’t do it. The cyst is unchanged and confirmed again no issue by new vet. A year later a new vet charged us maybe $55 to aspirate cells and literally looked at the cells immediately in house and diagnosed a new lipoma. Annual visit vaccines here you’re looking at $700+ and our new vet was $598 total for lab work, vaccines, and the lipoma diagnosis. When our other dog was a puppy she cut a layer of skin flapped open from crawling under a deck, they said she needed anesthesia and sutures and wanted $1k. When I asked what other options were because she wasn’t in distress, they did local numbing, staples, antibiotics, and pain meds just in case for like maybe $300. She healed quickly and just fine. Basically, I don’t trust their services. It feels like a money grab and lack of genuine care.
