    This is just my experience.. IT WAS HORRIBLE. I went today, 12.6.25, to have my number transferred to my new phone. (I purchased an unlocked iPhone) The guy either was incompetent or just didn’t want to help me. I’ve never went to a store for help, only to be told that I would just have to call customer service or either do it myself. I was pissed. I remained calm. I did say to him as I was walking out that I was gonna go to another store and that he needs more training, because this should’ve been a simple and easy task for him to do. (0 stars for him, the guy that worked the Moreland location at around 2pm on 12/6/25) I then went to Flat Shoals location, and let me tell you, I was in and out. The guy, Antwan, helped me without any problems. 10 minutes at the most. So that’s how I know the guy at the Moreland location needs help. THANKS ANTWAN.. even though I had to drive across town to get to u, because of your coworker. (5 stars for Antwan)
