    Was buying the spc for prismatic for a friends gift and camped all night, was fifth in line. When I was checking our the reader for some reason wasn’t working so the cashier gave me a temp receipt and said they would hold it and give ne thirty mins to st least go to the bank and get cash. Came back they gave it away saying that wasn’t policy….. did turn out ok talking with the manager and he gave me a free blister pack but had to pay a scalper online 100$ more for the gift….

    This is by far the worst Best Buy I have ever step foot in. Seeing the past reviews as far as its customer service makes me feel better in the comfort that Im not alone with that opinion. Visiting from California and was in need of a new phone due to the old one being stolen, so I went to this Best Buy due to being a member, the experience: THE WORST. They are dismissive to the customers needs and are only trying to make a sale (if THAT), this is why tech companies are shutting down and mostly turning into amazon orders. Best Buy is next apparently at least this one is, and theyre apparently aware...the ONLY helpful person there was Reed and the manager on shift for him an african american woman (didnt get her name). It took me literally all day to get a $50 phone that I needed due to being completely phoneless, in order to make payment I needed to access my bank account in which I used a computer for: while the staff here ignores your needs completely: they are ALL OVER YOU when you use a computer, even security came over and let me know they were being excessive and to simply "hurry up", but she wasnt a headache because she saw what I was doing and going through. Due to being phoneless I was instructed to use the phone with Geek Squad: they were just as dismissive and useless and even had an elderly lady walking away from the counter who looked at me and said they were terrible. It took me 45 minutes standing there waiting to make a literal 2 minute phone call to authorize my payment. After getting my phone I was then rushed to leave while trying to activate it in order to order my uber, this location has a useless staff, careless attitudes, and altogether a completely tasteless experience, as a Best Buy card member and longtime customer (California) I literally dont ever want to step foot in another best buy in any state for the rest of my life after this experience.

    Gem of a store and same with the people and the manager. They are also flexible with their return policies and price matches. Certainly will be visiting only this store in the future!

    I’m actually in shock still. I was walking into this Best Buy at 7:52 pm to quickly pick up something. I would have been in and out before 8 pm. The worker saw me walking toward the front door and pulled down the garage door in the vestibule right before I got to the door. That is probably the most disrespectful thing I have ever experienced at a place of business. I’ll take all of my electronics purchasing literally anywhere but here moving forward. I’ll tell everyone about this experience as well.

    I had a really bad experience with Geek Squad here. A data transfer is $200. I left my laptop for data to be transferred to an external hard drive because I am switching jobs and will need to give the laptop back. I went into detail with them about the fact that this was a work computer and I wanted documents transferred. I went to pick it up today and they had only transferred a few files, mostly my downloads. They explained today that they couldn’t transfer my work files. When I dropped off the laptop, they should have explained this to me. I feel scammed.
