I scheduled a phone repair appointment at Best Buy and still ended up wasting my time. I showed up on time, was held up by one of their own salespeople in the store, and by the time I got to the counter they told me I missed the “grace period” and basically sent me away. No attempt to help, no accountability, nothing.
So what’s the point of having appointments if your own staff delays customers and then punishes them for it? Absolutely ridiculous. I left with a broken phone and a useless appointment. Save yourself the headache—go literally anywhere else.

My experience and expectation was good and bad . One of there mangers didn't want to help me and my wife with a purchase of a new laptop for my daughter. But a nice associate helps us out and told what kind of laptop we need for her collage class. But we did report the management to the store manager. And we told him how we felt about our experience.

I just had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at this Best Buy. I walked in ready to spend money — and left completely disgusted.
Not a single employee was available to help. I literally stood in front of two employees who were deep in their own personal conversation, made direct eye contact with me, and still chose to ignore me completely. No “I’ll be right with you,” no acknowledgment, nothing. Just blank stares and unprofessional behavior.
It’s unbelievable that a company this large allows this level of disrespect toward paying customers. I turned around and walked out — and I’ll take my business elsewhere, because clearly customer service means absolutely nothing here.
Save yourself the frustration and shop anywhere else. Best Buy clearly doesn’t care about its customers anymore.

Very unhelpful. I made a purchase at a Best Buy earlier this week and it was the wrong item (the sales associate told me I was purchasing one item, but I was purchasing another). I bought it with Apple Pay and can show when the transaction was made on my bank account statement, but when I tried to return or exchange it for store credit I was told I would need to return to the original Best Buy to try and do a return, which is unable to do because I will be out of town for a month. How does a large box store not have a better return policy? I never come to Best Buy and do to the poor interactions I had with the customer service workers today, I will continue to steer clear.
