I was at the Apple store in perimeter mall today to buy an iPhone. Tatiana, one of the employees, helped me with the process. She was very knowledgeable and helpful at the same time. I was looking to buy a 16 or a 17 and she showed me all the options available, was patient enough to let me pick the model and color I liked. The buying process was smooth and easy as always and Tatiana made sure my new iPhone was ready with all my apps and photos before I left the store. It was a great experience overall and I strongly feel Tatiana made a huge difference. Not sure if I spelled her name right, am sorry if I didn't.

Very annoying wait times even on slow days and when we came in they were busy so I guess? It’s understandable . Not sure why it takes so long to turn in a phone for repair? Rude security guards, I wasn’t going in but they said “we close in 5 mins” in a very rude and dismissive way like god damn there’s a thing called being nice? I was just looking for my boyfriend who waited all day to get seen and get a trash 14 as a loaner phone while he waited for his iPhone to get repaired (well actually replaced but that’s what they told us initially). I think our wait time was 4 hours? It was ridiculous we spent all day pretty much waiting for our appointment and then they proceeded to take forever to get us in and out. Not really sure what’s going on at this store but definitely never a good experience every time we are here. Wouldn’t recommend this specific location for sure…

Scheduled a battery replacement multiple days in advance and once I arrived I had to wait 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time in order to talk to someone. All of this only for them to tell me they had a day wait on repairs. At least have the decency to tell me that before I waste 45 minutes sitting there.

Don't come to this property you'll get people like Jordan that works there. My 1st ever apple product ( iPhone 17 Pro Max) came w/regret. Joran @ perimeter loc and 1 other employee didn't want to help us convert it over to comcast. Unless it's one of the few carriers they have. On other occasions Apple employees have been very kind and helped us navigate this process, this property must have poor management. i was looking for a case & offered no help. Was not shown watches etc.My wife and kids have apple and thought they had good service in the past.We frequent places like chifila because of their attitude. If this is Apple service why bother learning a new platform?

I would strongly advise against going to this store for battery replacements (and likely any other repair). Not only did my iPhone 14 battery replacement take 2 hours longer than they initially communicated (4 hr wait in total), not only did they break the logic board on my phone requiring a full software reset + restore, but they somehow broke my camera as well. It is now unable to focus on anything closer than 6 feet, meaning most photos are blurry and I cannot scan QR codes for links.
The other Apple store I brought my phone to (2.5 hrs for them to see me + run diagnostics) said this would require a full camera replacement, and that I would either have to wait for them to order the part or go on a scavenger hunt for a store that had it.
Long story short, I paid $99 (+ taxes and fees 😊) for poor customer service and incompetent repair work that ended with my phone less functional than before and that will require me to waste additional time on a fix. Shockingly terrible experience all around.
