  Hi I came in to the Perimeter Mall location on April 7th. Braylon serviced me and he was very excellent, kind and patient! Thank you for all of your help! Brandon helped me as well. I came in twice today and everyone was perfection!

  Waited 2 hours to be seen with a genius appointment then another 2 hours for the repair. I don’t understand why it takes so long to be seen just to drop a phone off. Employees stand around not acknowledging you, helping people that came in after you with no appointment. Wasted my whole day.

  My experience was very disappointing. The Manager on dutyVery rude was extremely unprofessional and did not treat me with respect. Communication was poor, and I felt ignored and uncomfortable during the interaction. Instead of trying to help or address my concerns, they made the situation worse and left me feeling very bad about the whole experience. I would not recommend dealing with this person. horrible and rude management really a very bad experience please do not be a victim , they only try to sell you a new phone. thanks God is an angel in the store. Stephanie she was very polite and absolutely sweetest heart ever. she solve my problem for not even five minutes. Thank you very much. That’s the managers that they’re supposed to do. I give my five stars to her.Thank you
