After waiting an hour after my appointment, I walked up to a worker and asked about my appointment, Jessie had bummed me off the queue, and I was told it was my fault “ because I moved”… I stayed in the exact same spot for the entire hour, and had even asked another employee after 30min of waiting. I went up to her after the employee told me she was my tech, and she said she was too busy… She later apologized and said that “ she doesn’t like leaving her table” that she just calls out the name 3 times and if they don’t answer she takes them off the list… how is that supposed to work?.. very dissatisfying customer service to be honest.

To be a store that sells and service what is supposed to be the #1 technology products their service is beyond terrible. You wait to be served and the employees walks pat you several times without even addressing you and when you ask them for help they just say that it will be a wait and then walk off. The service stinks. Some of the employees try to avoid contact with you to make sure that you don’t bother them.

I brought my MacBook to this location two weeks ago for a repair that they sent to Texas. The winter storm was the excuse the used to the following week after not getting it back the multiple dates the week after. Now we are at two weeks and no one can tell me or seems to care that my MacBook has still not returned. As an Apple customer who has all the Apple products IPad, Watch, phone this is seriously making me debate whether I should leave Apple all together. I find the service I have received to be unacceptable. On top of all this, I do have AppleCare as well and this is the treatment I receive. I guess I will be receiving my laptop that I use for my job and school sometime this year. Only God knows when!
Update: The managers at this store will not help you. Mine was named Stevie or something today. It is now several days later and still no laptop. Called yesterday to see if any information has been updated and nothing has. Was told a manager would be reaching out to me and of course no one did. Called back today to specifically speak to the manager who hadn’t called back. She was rude and condescending pretty much that I was already told the things she said and that she could not do anything further. And when I try to present the understanding that at this point Apple may give me my laptop back tomorrow at the earliest or months from now she gets smart with me that that would never happen. Even though it is now only three days away from a repair that should have happened in 3-5 days is now going on 3 weeks in 3 days. All with no idea from Apple Perimeter or corporate as to when or if I will receive my property back. Good job Apple. Great customer service, top notch.

I’m very disappointed with Apple Store I just bought IPhone 17pro only 5 days I realized that my iPhone the bottom speaker sounds like broken “I wanna REPLACE TO NEW PHONE “ they said I couldn’t they gonna repair my phone for me
I feel like I Bought Used iPhone like New!! NEW PHONE HAVE TO BE 100% PERFECT
2 hours later I come to pick up the phone and I asked different guys he said “yes, why not you can replace new phone” “idk who tell you that you can’t “ your phone had been repaired no cost anyway “ “why you let them do it” what a joke and bad customer service here !!!
