People at the store were very nice and helpful, but technicians damaged another part while changing the battery. After they ran tests and realized that it was the phone and not the SIMcard, they agreed to fix it. However, they don’t have the part in inventory and they don’t know when it will come in as they had to order it. I’m traveling in 2 days so it’s really inconvenient for me not having phone or data. I’ll update this review as the case progresses. I wasn’t expecting this at the apple store. Update: They ordered the part, took a couple days but got my phone working again

I drove up here three times because the issue continues to occur after speaking with them. They changed the logistics board twice and the same issue is still occurring. I went today because they claimed they changed the logistics board and as soon as my phone information synced, it started shutting on and off again. I will try Lenox Mall next time because I heard they are better.

They tell you to purschase another device and you can return in 14 days. However, I did that 10/16/25 and as of today 11/3/25 my product is still not fixed. I have been there twice and still not repaired. They said they tried reaching me but I have no missed calls. The goal was to get past the 14 days so I cannot get a refund. They are the worst. They hustling their customers to get sales. I HAVE INSURANCE AND THEY ARE TRYING TO RIDE IT OUT SO THEY DO NOT HAVE TO REPLACE THE PRODUCT. IT IS TIME FOR NEW PRODUCTS NOW AND THEY NEED SALES!!! BE ADVISED.
