I came in overwhelmed with options and the busy weekend crowd but they assisted me with my questions and concerns about such a big purchase. You can tell the apple team here really works hard and with great attitudes while dealing with the amount of non-stop high volume that comes through the store! Thanks Stefan and Joe!

The Apple corp should be embarrassed that this store and most of its employees are representing the Apple name in such a horrible manner. The past 2 experiences in the last 2 months with this store and Apple in general have been nothing short of a joke. Apple used to pride itself on its "Apple Genius" employees and I can say that I've been a loyal Apple customer for 20+ years but I have purchased my last device with this company. They don't care about their customers' time or experience and are simply another corporation that has lost the art of customer service. Shame on you, Apple. I would have expected better.

Even though I was told there would be a 45-minute wait, I was attended within 10 minutes. Lux and Dee were super helpful, and my phone was ready right on time after a few hours.
