This is the absolute worst service I have ever encountered anywhere. You wait for hours just for someone to approach you. I haven't been able to pick up my phone from the repair shop for a whole week. I’ve traveled all over the world, but I have never seen anything worse than this place.

By far the worst Apple Store experiences had. With and without an appointment. I have attempted more than once to get devices, products repaired to no success. Even been sent to call into Apple Support to help me, that did more for the device than the instore Agents, Techs. One visit I was even told to wait, a tech would assist with doing a Password reset and no one ever came to assist me, while at the store. Do not waste your energy or time going there. No star, if was able.

I went in today for a repair on my apple pencil. I was informed last visit TWO full weeks ago that a new pencil would need to be ordered for replacement. After calling many times, I finally received confirmation that they did in fact have my pencil. Next, an apple store employee (Hayden) simply handed the pencil and told me to leave. He did not check whether it pairs or whether there is an issue with the adaptor. In fact, he took the new box of the apple pencil with the new adaptors and trashed it. Incredibly disheartening and disappointing, as upon coming home I had to call the Apple Support service to figure out why this brand new pencil wasn't connecting. This is something that could have been done in store, if Hayden simply stopped to check to make sure everything was fine. I live about an hour and a half out from the store, and I think it's worth it to drive to a different location even though it'll take longer, because they'll probably value customers more. I recommend staying far away from this store.

Extremely Disappointed With Today’s Experience
I came into the Apple Store today planning to purchase the new iPhone 17 Pro Max. Before arriving, I spoke with a representative who confirmed that the phone was in stock. She advised me to purchase more iCloud storage, saying my new phone could run slow otherwise.
While we were talking, I asked her to please grab the phone I wanted so it wouldn’t sell out. At that moment, I noticed she was holding phones aside for other customers who weren’t even ready to purchase yet, but she told me not to worry — that there were plenty in stock.
Shortly after, she had another team member take over while she helped other people. The second associate which I inserted in the picture and kept insisting I buy more storage and told me if I didn’t, I’d “be sitting here for hours” transferring data — also making unnecessary comments about how long I’d be waiting with my daughter. I eventually went ahead and bought the extra storage, and then she disappeared for about 35 minutes with no update.
During that time, I watched the manager that I inserted picture walk by multiple times, checking on other customers who had just arrived, yet never once asked if I needed help, even though I had been standing there clearly waiting. When I finally spoke with a different representative, I was told the iPhone 17 Pro Max — the phone I came in for and was told was in stock — was no longer available.
When I approached the manager to explain, he seemed unconcerned and offered no solution. When the associate finally returned, her response was, “So, what you want to do?” Her tone was dismissive and sarcastic the complete opposite of professional. She then said I could get it ordered as I explained I came here to get the phone to today she started talking over me telling me the dates the phone could arrived
This experience was extremely disappointing. I left the store frustrated, disrespected, and empty-handed after spending time waiting and being misled multiple times. As a loyal Apple customer, I expected much better treatment and accountability.
I hope this review reaches upper management because the lack of professionalism and communication at this location is unacceptable and seriously damages the brand’s reputation.

I arrived 15min late to my appointment for service in my AirPods 3 (2nd time they’re not working properly) and the gentleman who checked me in was very nice; said my lateness wouldn’t be an issue. He directed me where to sit and I did. An hour later no one has acknowledged me and when I check my Apple Store application my reservation is gone. The solution is to allow the technicians working the tables to stop for a moment and greet people, especially if they’ve been there for a while just to double check that they are in queue. This never happened so I’m leaving the store with my bunk AirPods, still paying AppleCare monthly for the benefit.
