  I usually never write reviews but if you are thinking about going to this location go elsewhere’ ! I was simply picking up an online order and had a terrible experience from both associates helping me . I wish I had their names but one was a Caucasian male with glasses and very slim . Not an inviting individual to have as the face of your brand I must say. I explained I did not need any further assistance as I was a seasoned Apple user. Both associates were EXTREMELY PUSHY . I should not have to decline several time an upsell and employees should be able to read the room when someone isn’t interested. The guy even had the nerve to press me about saying no . I planned to purchase a charger for my watch in addition to my iPad but I told them put it back I was tooo disgusted by their behavior. Too desperate for a sale I was extremely uncomfortable and will never go back

  Service is always extremely slow. Some customers get serviced before you even though you have an appointment and are waiting. I had 2 customers come in after me and receive service before me. Makes you not want an Apple product with the wait times they have for service.

  The Apple employees were pleasant enough, which is the reason for 2 stars. However, I walked in to have a cracked screen replaced. Completely willing to pay the $129 since no longer under AppleCare; however, they had us sit for the first 20 minutes of our "appointment," then tried to upsell us and discuss our phone usage, wasting more time. After 45 minutes, we left the phone for repair and were told to return in an hour. When we returned, they claimed they couldn't replace the cracked screen because of "liquid damage." Mind you, the phone works perfectly fine. They flashed me some picture of a tiny dark spot on something - not really sure what it was a picture of, saying that was the indicator of liquid damage. I asked to take a picture of their picture, and was refused as though the picture of my phone was proprietary to them. Given we had a vet appointment and needed to leave, and given they had not fixed the screen, I asked for the phone back. We waited even longer while the employees chit-chatted, laughed, adjusted another employee's clothing, moved around, but essentially just dealt with one another. I asked 3 times for my phone to be returned before someone finally walked out and returned the unfixed phone. In summary, nothing was accomplished, and I left with the distinct feeling that their entire goal was to get me to buy a more expensive phone. They did nothing to help me. Nada. Zilch. Zip. They didn't even offer to sell us a screen protector. In other words, customer satisfaction was the last thing on their mind. Note: I'd add a photo, but they refused to let me take a picture of their alleged "liquid damage" photo.

  Worst service ever, I come in knowing I want to buy a new phone and whenever I ask for the model I want the response is always “we don’t have it” and they would completely ignore you after. Even after asking for multiple models I was interested in the sellers would always say they don’t have any and don’t even recommend me other models instead.
