However, Sebastian completely changed that experience for us. From the beginning, he was honest, transparent, and genuinely helpful. He didn’t pressure us or try to “sell” us something just to make a sale. Instead, he took the time to explain our options clearly, answered every question with patience, and made sure we understood exactly what we were getting. What really stood out was his integrity. In sales, that’s not always easy to find. Because of his honesty and professionalism, we decided to upgrade and stay with Verizon. Sebastian turned what was supposed to be a cancellation into a positive experience. If you’re going to this location, ask for him — you’ll be in good hands
