I purchased a phone from them as I was activating my phone the bottom of the screen wasn’t working he denied changing my phone & stated that other customers had the same problem after purchasing & was really rude from the beginning he shouldn’t work for Verizon if he’s always against customers. He knew my phone was dysfunctional when purchased and refused to change it. He needs to be terminated immediately every interaction I’ve had he was a complete *****
