  My experience with Sebastian at Verizon was very satisfying. He was extremely honest, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I got a great deal that fit my needs. I truly appreciated his transparency and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend working with him.

  By far the worst phone carrier service every me and my husband went and traded in a iPhone 11 and the 14 plus and he took our phones his name was villa and never gave us the invoices and the trade in value was never given to us at any point no amount. It’s been about over a year and paid over 1k on both phones and still 500 left to pay which I’m paying off next paycheck! I hate this service and all the random fees and charges go up randomly it’s been 230$ a month for 2 phones and a watch, every month for over a year when VILLA said it would only be 55 for each phone this was a straight up lie and he took advantage of us and the fact I didn’t really know how to trade in since it was my first time. Since November 19th 2024 number got my money value and showed up more the 20 times

  The treatment I received at this store was fantastic. My rep explained everything about my bill and what I would be paying. He answered all my questions and didn't seemed bothered by them like most reps I talk to. A very entertainmenting man with a weird accent. I believe his name Roman, I recommend him.

  Been with Verizon for 25+ years and I am severely impressed with my wife and I experience. Johnny was professional and very knowledgeable with what we wanted and needed. I would highly recommend this store and specifically him as well. All the people were nice and look forward to our new devices!
