He also convinced me for a 30day trial of home 5g Internet, with the promise that I could just drop it off to return it if it did not work at our home. It doesn't work, so I returned it. The agent took the device but DID NOT cancel my home Internet plan. I'm not chatting with customer service about them expecting me to return the device after canceling the plan...the device I already returned to the store. This has been a nightmare. Serious frustration with Verizon, to the point that I'll probably try to switch providers.
