To make it even worse, my new bill jumped to $400 for absolutely no reason. Adrianna completely screwed up my account, charged me money she shouldn’t have, and accomplished nothing. I lost 5 hours of my life between the store and now being stuck on the phone with Verizon for another 2+ hours trying to fix the mess she created. This was beyond incompetence ….it was careless, exhausting, and unacceptable!! Never work with Adrianna unless you enjoy wasting time, losing money, and having your bill totally messed up. Thanks so much Adrianna for literally wasting HOURS of my time and HUNDREDS of dollars!!

The phone I received was damaged which took a month to replace after fighting consistently with them to which they were going to charge me extra to have replaced. Now I’m having trouble with my billing. I got one of there promotions and now I’m having to pay much more than was I was originally told. I would highly advise going to a different phone company. Let’s also mentioned that the person that was helping me through this whole situation left. Which makes it even more difficult for me having to go to someone new and start this process all over again. Thank Verizon. Yall are no help at all
