When I asked I was told it was taxes and fees. I looked at my invoice when I got home and boom! $40 fee for setting it up, are you serious!? I would have set it up myself if I knew they were going to charge me! But they didn't tell me or give me a option! This doesn't even include the other $40 dollar fee on the account for getting a phone. Also wasn't told about this one either! They didn't even let me check my phone before they took my old one and erased it. So I don't even know if I have everything. Save yourself the pain and go to a corporate store.
