- CFChynna FayeJan 1, 20261.0I spent FOUR HOURS working with Adrianna to upgrade my phone, only to get the runaround, have my time completely wasted, and somehow walk away $300 poorer with NO upgrade to show for it. To make it even worse, my new bill jumped to $400 for absolutely no reason. Adrianna completely screwed up my account, charged me money she shouldn’t have, and accomplished nothing. I lost 5 hours of my life between the store and now being stuck on the phone with Verizon for another 2+ hours trying to fix the mess she created. This was beyond incompetence ….it was careless, exhausting, and unacceptable!! Never work with Adrianna unless you enjoy wasting time, losing money, and having your bill totally messed up. Thanks so much Adrianna for literally wasting HOURS of my time and HUNDREDS of dollars!!

The phone I received was damaged which took a month to replace after fighting consistently with them to which they were going to charge me extra to have replaced. Now I’m having trouble with my billing. I got one of there promotions and now I’m having to pay much more than was I was originally told. I would highly advise going to a different phone company. Let’s also mentioned that the person that was helping me through this whole situation left. Which makes it even more difficult for me having to go to someone new and start this process all over again. Thank Verizon. Yall are no help at all

- WWWilliamNov 5, 20251.0$40 DOLLAR NON REFUNDABLE FEE FOR SETING UP THE DEVICE! I purchased a phone and was surprised when the phone I was getting for free suddenly cost $300 dollars. When I asked I was told it was taxes and fees. I looked at my invoice when I got home and boom! $40 fee for setting it up, are you serious!? I would have set it up myself if I knew they were going to charge me! But they didn't tell me or give me a option! This doesn't even include the other $40 dollar fee on the account for getting a phone. Also wasn't told about this one either! They didn't even let me check my phone before they took my old one and erased it. So I don't even know if I have everything. Save yourself the pain and go to a corporate store.
