  Uriel & Conner are extremely knowledgeable and did such an amazing job installing the single din car play and kicker door speakers , they went above and beyond ,they even helped glue back a few cracked parts of my 2nd gen dash area where my radio goes, and i absolutely love the install job they did, absolutely amazing work!

  We bought a brand new IMac desktop computer over 18 Days ago and paid for the $179.99 for Best Buy Total membership- our account has been messed up since day one and after multiple contacts to Geek Squad support, each time being assured the problem has been fixed and to wait a few days, it is still incorrect. Apparently each time we have contacted them they have created a new account for us and now we have several accounts which need to be merged and they have failed to fix the issue. We can't use our membership until this is fixed and there's no way to reach anyone competent. If they are a tech-support and can't fix their own online issues for an account how are they going to fix an actual problem with my computer or any other device that I purchased there?? This has been the worst experience ever with no accountability no apology no response from anyone at Best Buy as to why this has not been corrected. Every time I call I get a different reason or answer as to why this account is wrong and the problem has only gotten worse! This is unacceptable! I am so sorry I actually purchased this and should've gone with AppleCare. And now I don't even know if it's too late because it's been beyond the time since I purchased the computer to get it.

  They fixed my Samsung flip z screen, it was less than a year old so the fix was under factory warranty so it didn't cost me anything and it was fixed same day.

  My family was nearly ran off the road today by a Geek Squad employee driving a Geek Squad car. He constantly honked at us, tried to pass us and run us off the road and was speeding way over the speed limit. If this is like they treat you on the road, I can only imagine how horrible the service is in person. Disgusted.
