  I make pretty good money doing the work that I do and I do choose not to spend it on bs like expensive clothing however this appears to be a concept this generations oncoming workforce can't seem to grasp as superficial and shallow conceptions kept them following me around the store like I was a theif. Maybe when they loose their buisness from harassing customers the location will close and it would be well deserved.

  The store itself is fine but delivery and customer service is horrible. My order was marked as delivered and picture was taken in my mailbox. The order was not there because I refused it when the driver finally drove up to my house. I refused the order because it did not have all my items. I was unaware that there would be multiple deliveries in one day. I have a fractured spine and fractured tibia otherwise I would have picked the order up myself. I called customer service 3 times. Was refused to change my order to pick up and refused to issue me a refund.

  There was an incident today that will make me never shop at this location again. While I was there, an employee (who I found out later, after asking, was the store manager) was talking down to a fellow female employee in a loud tone to the point she was crying….Publicly!!!!! I understand if someone needs to be reprimanded…..but in public!? This is inexcusable. Anyways, go to BestBuy Buford.

  The store manager Lee is an unprofessional, arrogant, jerk. While I was in the store I witnessed him being verbally abusive to several female employees, as well as being rude and dismissive to several people of color, myself included. If this person is a representative of best buy stores, then don't expect them to be around much longer. "Managers" like Lee are destroying retail stores.

  They are also selling open box Apple products that are still associated with original purchasers accounts so you will no be able to use Find My and original purchaser can track you. Wasted hours with tech support only to find out the problem could not e remedied. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Life long Best Buy customer but that was my last purchase.
