    Kendall was so helpful, despite the store being so busy during the holidays. She helped my husband and I find the right gifts for our families, and even took time to express her immense knowledge on TVs; knowing we weren’t quite ready!     Chris in the pc department (midday on Sunday dec. 28) was the definition of a kind, helpful and patient employee. 5 star customer service. Answered all of my computer questions. And was helpful and patient as I worked through my payment problems that were tap 2 pay related. He assisted me, informing me of mobile checkout in the store where I could scan the items while in the app and pay through the app. It worked out and I'm grateful

    Waited at a closed cabinet for 45 mins. Had one employee walk up and open the one next to it and tell me he can’t help me and he would get someone who could just for me to wait for another 10 mins. Just decided to leave after that

    Had a great experience at this Best Buy today. Had an appointment with the Geek Squad today to troubleshoot my dash cam. They were super friendly, fast and helpful. Everyone else we encountered was also friendly and offered assistance without feeling overbearing. A good experience all around from making the appointment, getting the reminders, asking for help locating the automobile bay, and browsing the store while waiting. And as an odd addition to the experience, while we were waiting inside the store, near the Geek Squad car bay, we heard a very loud and alarming scream come from inside the store. I was impressed that multiple Best Buy employees were prompt in investigating the sound and check on the customers. I could imagine being tempted to avoid investigating for fear of confrontation or a scene if it were me.
