  You guys need to give a raise to AJ! She was so friendly and so helpful, it’s so hard to find genuine people who likes customer service. She was so patient and never had any bad attitude. I am not a customer myself but I went with a friend who needed help translating and just because of AJ I am thinking of switching my phone company to Cricket.

  Although cricket could not help me with my request, they did help me to find possible shops that could help me. In the end none of the other shops could help, it looked like the requested service was unavailable in the USA.
