  Always asking if you need help. Never can look in the store without the employees aggravately crap out of you. If your antisocial or just looking to get in and out of business this is not the business for you they're always hounding you about if you already know what you're in there for sometimes I'm just there to look around.

  Had an amazing experience here last weekend. Went in with my mom to get her a new iPad for her birthday, and she wanted to see all the colors first. Unfortunately that wasn’t possible, but Eli took great care of us and helped my mom decide on the yellow. I can’t overstate how knowledgeable and helpful Eli was!! Thank you!

  Went in and bought a $130 tv. Left with an $810 bill. Incredibly high add on costs for installation. Standard drywall install, over $300. They also charged $100 for "specialized surfaces" install. The dept manager told me that drywall was "specialized". I told him that would be for stone, rock, brick, fireplace etc. He challenged me on it. I told him to look it up. He did. He was wrong. Took me 30 minutes to get it taken off the bill. Then lost an additional week in waiting for install because he canceled the entire order to remove the $100 error. Check your receipts closely. I'm also paying $180/yr for the total rewards program. Supposed to have free 2 yr protection on all products. Was told i will pay. $29 deductible each occurrence. So yeah, its not free either The craziest add on is $70 to have the techs "set up" the tv to WiFi at your house and demo the tv. No thanks. Ridiculous

  WARNING WARNING I bought a freezer from Best Buy, I called the local store but got AI device, it took several calls to actually talk to a person. The lady then lied when I asked if she was actually at the Athens location. Once at the store things didnt feel right. The clerk was nice but could not print me a receipt Later that night I checked my checking account and Best Buy without asking it telling or advising me , took out the full about amount of $183.59. So I had no money the next morning in my account. They Refuse to undo the Hold and the Bank couldn’t unless they faxed a letter from Best Buy. Bank said Best Buy does this all the tc people and over draws their accounts . I had called the store and was listening to from the person answering. As now 3/9/26. 10:58. I’m still no able to access that $183.59. Update 3/10/26. 8:40 am $183.59 has cleared and $183.59 is still be held as pending from Best Buy.
