Especially when you call their local store number, you get someone from India or Pakistan and they're very unhelpful. And don't even thinking about using geek squad, they ask you for a 24-hour window then later boil it down to 12 hours. Then later boil it down to 4 hours and then they don't show up and try to reschedule you for a week later. Terrible customer service.

He REALLY knew his stuff on Processors, and video cards. I ended up with a great gaming PC and got the most bang for my buck. It works great! I watched videos about the video card market and learned I got basically one of the best cards. Radeon RX 9700 XT 16GB. The price after this level of card goes WAY up. The machine can also easily be upgraded later. I will probably get more RAM. The new computers that come in Glass enclosures is totally different. The computer is liquid cooled with a RADIATOR. Thanks Gavin!
