I opened it maybe January 12 or the 13th of 2025 not knowing that I purchased an used printer that was put back on their floor by one of their employees; after opening up my printer and I did content on IG, my printer was used, and it was returned from another customer that had used it! I packed it up, return it the next day. They told me I was out of my return policy & I could not exchange it for another printer unless I pay into the program. I had to pay $50 to return the printer, and it was horrible. I was in tears & they were very rude from employees to the evening manager. I had to come back the next morning because I was so destroyed about the whole situation after sharing the experience in the recording that I had to show them. I never received a call from Customer Service as of today.I will not shop in Best Buy again. I had to pay money to return my Epson Eco tank 8550 to get a new one because of an error One of their employees made by putting a return box on the floor and they retaped the box up. I have content of me opening up the box from start to finish. Why should I have to pay? Unhappy customer😢

Everybody from the manager to the lowest employee on the totem pole they are all , self absorbed jerks!! All of the employees standing around texting on their phone, not acknowledging any customer in the store. When I asked the manager if somebody could help me, he came back there being a jerk and saying he's with a a customer, he's with a customer and he's with a customer. I just turned around and walked out. He shouts to me oh, so you don't need help? Not from a jerk like you! I don't need that kind of attitude when I am spending money.
