  I always enjoy visiting the Apple Store at Avalon! The team here is super friendly and makes the whole experience stress free. Whether I’m picking up an online order or getting help with my iPhone, someone is always quick to assist. The store has a great vibe, and the staff really knows their stuff. Definitely my go‑to Apple Store in the Atlanta area.

  This review is about the store and about Apple in general, it seems that it doesn’t matter if you are in the store or talk to bots online , it feels the same. When they find out that the hardware is broken and the phone is one year and two month old and just keep saying , it is beyond the warranty period. I see no value in paying that much for a phone. Next one will be Pixle probably 🙌

  I came in to trade in my old Mac and was told by a lady to stand by the iPhones, but I was never checked in. While waiting, another employee asked if I needed help & then said he’d get a tech for me. Still waiting, I watched the 1st employee who greeted me (Stephanie) walking/standing around with another employee talking, took a pic of something going on outside, and then disappear into the back. A gentleman named Parker noticed me waiting and got me taken care of within 5 minutes while also helping someone else so I’m not sure what Stephanie was doing or why she made it a point to not help me. Anywho, thankful for Parker cause I was super annoyed.

  Time and time again Apple Avalon continues to be one of the best Apple stores in the region. Every time I've visited this Apple I've received nothing but excellent, attentive, and knowledgeable service. From evaluating my old MacBook, to purchasing a phone charger, to repairing my iPad today. I was very impressed by the customer service I received today at the Genius Bar, and the staff were all super kind and helpful! Bonus points for being one of the most modern, beautiful Apple stores I've ever visited, rather than an ordinary mall design. This Apple Store offers a boutique, luxurious, inviting experience that is similar to Lincoln Vitrine showrooms, both in class and design. This Apple Store deserves way higher than a 3.7 average, and I would recommend to anyone in the Atlanta/Alpharetta area. The difference between this one and the one 20 minutes down GA 400 in Lenox is unbelievable, it's 5 star here versus 1 star service there. If you want to know more about the Apple Lenox, read the reviews there. Nonetheless, I highly recommend Apple Avalon for all of your Apple needs, from repairs to accessory purchases.

  The moment I entered the store, I was welcomed and assisted right away. I came in for a Belkin privacy glass screen protector, and the team explained the 2-year limited warranty clearly—if the glass breaks, you can file a claim and they’ll ship a replacement screen protector for free, and you can come back to the store for installation. They also installed the screen protector for me on the spot. I was also looking at AirPods, and they let me try them, walked me through the features, and answered all my questions. I also learned that they can price match up to 10%, which I wasn’t aware of. Overall, great customer service!
