- WWWHITEOct 27, 20251.0Apple Store at Avalon Mall I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I went in for a phone repair that should have been covered under my AppleCare+ warranty. The staff refused to perform the repair because my iCloud storage was full and told me to go home and back up my phone first or do an express replacement instead. They informed me the replacement would cost $29, but when I followed up later, the fee turned out to be $106. The information they gave me was misleading, and the staff showed no willingness to work with me to resolve the issue. On top of that, when I asked to speak with a supervisor, Alex Dauby introduced himself as one, but later I found out he’s actually just a senior advisor. That kind of behavior is unprofessional and misleading. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. The staff lacked transparency and customer care, and I would not recommend this store to anyone. It’s unfortunate to see this level of service from an Apple location.
