  I’ve been trying to purchase a new phone online through my carrier and through apple but because I’m trying to transfers lines and switch phones around I can’t proceed with the online purchase of it. I figured going in person & explaining the situation would make it easier and I couldn’t have gotten a more useless employee. She never told me her name, but dark skinned, curly haired female came off uninterested to help with a smart ass attitude and kept repeating exactly what I already told her needed to be done. In short I was trying to buy a phone & proceeds to tell me to order one after I told her I couldn’t. The previous customers also went in to purchase a phone and she told them to just go online and order one. If people go in person it’s for a reason, an AI agent would have actually resolved something and not waste my time

  Nice Apple store. Picked up MacBook Neo for my daughter. We did not bring student ID but they were enough to give us the edu discount of 100 USD

  I went in for a scheduled $89 battery repair appt. My phone has worked great for years with no issues other than the battery doesn’t keep its charge as long. After waiting 10 minutes followed by 25 minutes of “diagnostics “ and the sales people telling me I should upgrade, the tech told me that there was an error code with my camera and they would only replace my battery if I also paid $270 to replace the camera. Then they recommended I buy a new phone instead. Absolutely ridiculous predatory bait and switch. My camera works better than my wife’s brand new iPhone. Stay away.

  My experience at this location was extremely frustrating. On my birthday, I came in ready to purchase a specific phone and pay the full amount upfront. I was not interested in financing or connecting to any carrier plan — I simply wanted to buy the phone outright. Since the model I wanted was not available in the store, I asked if I could pay for it now and pick it up later. I was told someone would help me place the order, but that employee was too busy. Instead, he opened the website on a store phone and told me to enter my information myself. I started filling everything out, and when I couldn’t select the store for pickup, he briefly helped with that. After that, the system required me to enter all of my personal and payment information — including full card details and my address — on a store device. I was very uncomfortable doing that on someone else’s phone. I should not have to share sensitive personal information like that just to make a purchase. All I wanted was a simple solution: to pay in full for the phone in the store and pick it up later. Instead, I was told that this option does not exist. This made me question whether the staff simply didn’t want to help or if the system is really that poorly designed. Either way, I did not expect this from Apple. Because of this, I wasn’t able to complete my purchase on my birthday, which made the experience even more upsetting. Very disappointing.
