Aweful experience here! Was told I would get a $1000 trade-in. Was NOT told I would need to change my plan in order to get said trade-in value. Clear is kind people! Explain the fine details when conducting business! One star is generous!

I had a great experience with Adam. He was very straightforward and transparent, found us great deals, and we even shared a few laughs. I highly recommend asking for Adam if you go the Zephyrhills Verizon, you wont be disappointed

I was a previous Verizon customer, and got sorta tricked into switching to AT&T, which I regretted!
I was very glad to come back to Verizon, and Adam @ the Zephyrhills location made it the best experience ever!!! Super smooth, easy to switch. He went above and beyond and was very professional!

my first experience with this store. I decided to switch from a Samsung phone to an iPhone. Everything went well as far as the sales and Carlos was concerned. However, my watch was on backorder. Forward two weeks in the future, go to pick up my watch. Young man greeted me at the door very nice. He got me my watch and I asked him if he’s going to help me set it up because I’ve never had it Apple Watch before. It’s my first time using any Apple device and he says that he has to charge me $35 as a set up fee What ever happened to pleasing the customer? You sold me a product and you’re not gonna show me how to use it?? If that’s the case I’m just gonna order online. I will not be shopping this store. Do not expect anything beyond salesman trying to make a buck.
