Fortunately, Adam was the one who greeted me at the door and I had the pleasure to work with him. Adam was Absolutely Amazing, professional, courteous, and understanding of my issue. He went above and beyond and took his time to do all he could to help me get the phone fixed. Well, with some help, he worked his magic and my phone was fixed. Right away was met with a friendly smile. He helped me with so much with upgrading to a new phone. Even when I couldn't get into my AOL for example, he made sure to help me, to get it fixed before resetting my old phone I traded in. I had an authenticator app and it caused issues. Not anymore. He even helped at the end to get my phone connected to my car. He goes the extra mile, went above and beyond. Highly recommend Adam if you need a new phone and great service!!
