However, my watch was on backorder. Forward two weeks in the future, go to pick up my watch. Young man greeted me at the door very nice. He got me my watch and I asked him if he’s going to help me set it up because I’ve never had it Apple Watch before. It’s my first time using any Apple device and he says that he has to charge me $35 as a set up fee What ever happened to pleasing the customer? You sold me a product and you’re not gonna show me how to use it?? If that’s the case I’m just gonna order online. I will not be shopping this store. Do not expect anything beyond salesman trying to make a buck.
