  I had a phone issue that would have likely forced me to do a factory rest of my phone with all of the attendant work to restore contacts, reload apps, etc. I was out of state at the time further complicating the situation. When I called Cricket's 800 number they told me they could not help. The guy on duty at 2 PM on 11/22/2025 at the Yulee store talked me through the fix to my problem and saved me all of that hassle. Great customer service.

  Went in for a charger , josh was so helpful and so very nice ! Definitely the best experience I’ve had at a phone retailer ! Will most definitely be back !
