  I had a phone issue that would have likely forced me to do a factory rest of my phone with all of the attendant work to restore contacts, reload apps, etc. I was out of state at the time further complicating the situation. When I called Cricket's 800 number they told me they could not help. The guy on duty at 2 PM on 11/22/2025 at the Yulee store talked me through the fix to my problem and saved me all of that hassle. Great customer service.

  So I went in for a phone there and Josh Howl was the absolute best ! Buying a phone can be a very irritating experience but he was quick , super nice , and answered any question I had without hesitation! Thank you Josh & thank you Cricket Wireless !!

  Went to the store on Amelia Island and had the worst experience with the woman working there. She sat In her chair and rolled her eyes the whole. Time. I have a galaxy s10 and it wouldn't let me make or receive calls. She put a 5g Sim card in my phone to see if it would work. It didn't and said there absolutely nothing she can do. Then she kept my original Sim card and said I didn't need it and she erased everything on in??? So now ALL my contacts are gone. I went to the store in yulee and Brittany was the nicest , sweetest person I've met and she tried everything she could to fix it...and she fixed it with no problems. Don't go to the store on the island unless you want to deal with lazy people that do not want to help you at all. Brittany really made my day, and saved me so much money too!
