- MMMike Murray2 days ago5.0I had a phone issue that would have likely forced me to do a factory rest of my phone with all of the attendant work to restore contacts, reload apps, etc. I was out of state at the time further complicating the situation. When I called Cricket's 800 number they told me they could not help. The guy on duty at 2 PM on 11/22/2025 at the Yulee store talked me through the fix to my problem and saved me all of that hassle. Great customer service.
- VKVicky KinahJun 19, 20252.0READ BEFORE GOING! Transferring a number to your device costs $25 at the store and is free if you call in to the 1800 or activate via the website. Additionally, they charge $9.99 for a esim. When I called customer service today, I am told they should not have charged for an esim if they charged $25 for activation. Each store has a different policy it seems and what this does is just leaves the customer feeling ripped off. On top of that, the cricket corporate will not refund any charges the stores make, regardless of mistakes on their part. I wish I had never signed up.

- JLJoseph LockwoodSep 15, 20225.0I CAME IN THE OTHER DAY AND I WAS HAVING SUCH A TERRIBLE DAY BECAUSE MY PHONE WAS ON THE FRITZ'S AND THE MANAGER MR.JOSH NOT ONLY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND BUT HE FIXED MY PHONE AND NOW I HAVE BETTER SIGNAL THAN I EVER HAD BEFORE HE'S VERY GOOD AT HIS JOB HE PROVIDED THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND I'LL DEFINITELY BE BACK SOON FOR ANOTHER PHONE UPGRADE
