I was transparent that the person I was on the phone with was a Verizon employee himself and that I did not want any perks. I had to get a new phone abruptly but assured him that I'd be back to get accessories through him once I was ready to do so. The problem is, when I went to set up my auto pay I know I'm supposed to get $10 off. I agreed to 81.86 in person yet my bill shows 91 because he added a perk that I did not agree to. I don't fault Derek because clearly their management of this location is shady and that's what he (pretty sure the tall skinny guy) trains them to do. Be careful when going to this location because they're being trained to hike up your price and omit transparency which is where my dissatisfaction lies. I won't be going to this location again. Thanks for having the phone in stock though.

He took time, super knowledgable and he was curtious. He deserves a raise and I would recommend coming to him. Taheim's critical thinking ability was amazing! Levi was great as well and they both terrific!
