They can'tfind the phone and ask us what do we want to do? We show them confirmationfrom UPS, it was deliveredtoday at 12:43pm. Only 4 computer stations available 7 reps working and two reps who can't do anything unless they ask another rep how?! 2 hours later and we're still waiting to swap/upgrade. I've never been so furious trying to accomplish what should be a very elementary task!
