    This store hires associates that commit commission fraud. I actually learned that word from Verizon customer service during my four-hour call trying to correct this. Toure Givens was the associate that added multiple lines to my account. Stole my iphone and said he used it as a trade in. Then commenced to charging me for 5 months refusing to remove the line or refund me my money. The employee has since been fired for similar issues. The store failed to correct the issue and to this very moment the line is still active with no phone and being charged to my account. BUYERS BEWARE. P.s the GM is lazy and is useless

    I ordered my phone online today and selected the option to pick up from store because it said this location had it available today and it was only a mile from my job. What I would have expected would be an easy seamless process was the complete opposite. I waited in the store for 90 minutes without being acknowledged by a store employee once. During this time I watched several customers enter the store and leave after waiting because there wasn’t any organization and they were tired of waiting. Finally it was my turn and the employee turns to the remaining customers waiting and asked whose turn it was. Clearly this is a failed process when you have to rely on the patrons to utilize the honor system of who is next. As I meet with the employee I make it very clear my displeasure of their customer service and operations yet I still civilly let him know my biggest issue was that I was not greeted once or given any sense of how long the wait would be. His response was “you saw how busy it was.” I am an operations director for several locations and would never say that to a customer who just waited for 90 minutes for a service. His manager was also right next to us and heard the conversation and could see my displeasure yet did not speak up once. The biggest slap in the face was that actually receiving my phone took 2 minutes. I just had to show my ID and was handed the phone. A complete waste of time for what should be a smooth pickup. I will never make the mistake of going to this store for anything again.

    I went in yesterday for the Galaxy a25 plus promotion. I was seen by what seemed to be a new representative, Derek. I was transparent that the person I was on the phone with was a Verizon employee himself and that I did not want any perks. I had to get a new phone abruptly but assured him that I'd be back to get accessories through him once I was ready to do so. The problem is, when I went to set up my auto pay I know I'm supposed to get $10 off. I agreed to 81.86 in person yet my bill shows 91 because he added a perk that I did not agree to. I don't fault Derek because clearly their management of this location is shady and that's what he (pretty sure the tall skinny guy) trains them to do. Be careful when going to this location because they're being trained to hike up your price and omit transparency which is where my dissatisfaction lies. I won't be going to this location again. Thanks for having the phone in stock though.
