  I went to Verizon to get a new plan to switch from T-Mobile cause I was over paying $209 for 3 lines and Devin help me out with the process, he is a liar, he told me Verizon has a promotion that Verizon will give me a better offer they will be at least 5 dollars under my current bill, he did the process of transferring my T-Mobile bill to Verizon to have prove of what services I had, so they can give me everything that I already had, I asked him so many times if that was going to be the price and he said yes $204, 100%, but then I have to paid $455 for my phones taxes, he told me the will charge me $40 activation fee for each line and my 1st bill ok no problem and he told me they probably will charge me extra in my 1st or 2nd bill and I can contact him or customer service will fix it for me and they will give credit for my next bill, they over charged me $129 on December and I called customer service and Lisa said she will not fix my bill cause that’s not her job and she doesn’t know why the store employee always send people to customer service and she refuse to fix my bill. i called DEVIN and he said he doesn’t know why she didn’t fix my bill cause that’s her job. They he will check my account and will help me out to get everything fix, I told him I have bad connection and He can take the phones back and I want my money back and he said no I will fix it this was before 30 days and he never mention that I was a able to do it cause they have 30 days ninety back guarantee, he told me I look into your account and get this fix, so I switched on December 5 and they process my 1st bill on dec. 28 but they have this system that they take the money, he make stay after the 30 days just to get his commission so I called again to customer service and the girls that help me out she made me changed my plan for a lower insurance cover and she said she will give a credit of $60 for one year and after the year I can checked if the can give me the offer again cause she understands what Devin did to me was wrong but she was not going to give my Netflix and I will have to pay it when I specifically told Devin I have 4 screens Netflix included in my bill and I will not be paying it by separate if I just stay with T-Mobile but he promise I will have everything that I already had with T-Mobile. Then I asked customer service about my overpayment of $129 and she said she was able to give me only $30 and my next bill will be $161 so they take my money out of my account again on January 24 and they took $261 again they over charged me $100 I request a place to do a formal complaint about this store and Devin and specifically said that I want some higher that the manager of the store and she gave me a link that is Verizon web that doesn’t have anything to do a higher complaint so she lie to about to help his coworker.

  Customer BE AWARE. IF YOUR NOT PURCHASING IN STORE AT THIS LOCATION. They will freeze your line and make you wait 48 hours. There's a gentleman wearing a Polo jacket today. Do not go to him Specifically. Place your order for pickup at different location. They are only interested in in-store commission.

  I visited the Verizon store to close my account and transfer my lines after several unsuccessful phone attempts. Bill was extremely patient, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed smoothly. I truly appreciate his help and excellent customer service.
