They ended up disconnecting my phone and completely messing up my service. When I went into the store, Arthur was incredibly patient and took the time to figure out everything that had been done wrong. Not only did he fix it all, but he made the whole experience so much less stressful. I truly appreciate his patience, professionalism, and due diligence in helping me get my phone fully situated. Hands down, I will never call Verizon support again — I’ll always go straight to the store because of the outstanding service Arthur provided. Highly recommend asking for him!

Verizon saying they are sending a label and never receiving one. I was told my mom could go to this store and they would return the device for her. I called the store for my mom made an appointment. Informed the rep what was going on, made the appointment for Monday. My mom goes in on monday. Rep now doesn't have an option to return the device and told her to call customer. Smh the rep said because she didn't ask for any more help he didn't offer and they had 10 people waiting in line. No the rep didn't wanna do anything else because he wasn't going to make money off a customer and would have had to wait on hold for customer service. So instead of help a customer who had an appointment you just push her aside. For me now to once again sit on the phone with verizon for 2 hours in hopes to get a shipping label set to her address. Thank you much
