- SSSoophiaa4 days ago1.0I’m having a MacBook repaired there and it seems like nobody knows what they’re doing. I’ve been bounced around between Apple and them. No help what so ever. It’s hard to get in contact with a manager too.

- GIGlorious IndependanceJul 23, 20245.0My experience this morning was excellent - Matt Gerber was able to diagnose and fix the issues I had with my laptop printing and its connecting with my new wireless Epson printer - the latter complicated a bit by Best Buy not having wireless in the store. Matt worked around it. Fortunately we have the Geek Squad service plan so it covered the connection to the Epson which we had purchased elsewhere.
