I have tried to call, I have left multiple voicemails, I have called corporate. And everyone tells me pretty much to go screw myself. I cannot get in contact with absolutely anyone and their tracking is not showing anything. No one has called me back, there’s no way to contact the store, and Best Buy itself is giving me no solutions other than leaving a voicemail which I have left three times in the past two weeks. Absolute trash of a store would never recommend. Hopefully they even have my laptop at this point it could be lost.

I call Best Buy customer service and they give me an 855 number that tells me I need to chat with Meta. Chat with Meta and they are saying the retailer should have set it up. And yes for the fifth time, I checked my spam mail. Thank you but no thank you, this flip flopping back and forth to spend my hard earned money is just crazy.
- TBTJ The Park BopperNov 6, 20253.0The first time I went in to check out Magnolia I heard kef blade 2 meta hooked up to some McIntosh 1 kW mono blocks really nice listening experience just went in today because I wanted to listen to something attainable kef ls50 meta (Which I already have) with the Marantz M1 streaming amplifier ask the salesman about it and he basically gesture the size and said OK. I’m like OK I’ve seen it online. He said they did have one displayed at one point. A few steps from where we were standing, there was actually one in a box. I think the guy was actually watching over several departments so I can’t bust his chops too much about it, but it would be nice to have somebody actually showing systems like they did the first visit there.
