  Horrible service and wait times, especially for any repairs. I went in to get a battery cahnge on a used phone I bought from the BestBuy site (the phone said it was refurbished factory new, yet the battery had a "Severe Degardation" warning when received) and after getting my device back, the screen protector was cracked. When I asked about it, I was told they had to take it off to replace the battery but I guess they just break your screen protector and act like they can't do anything. After speaking to the Manager ( a truly useless man), he had said that they couldn't do anything or provide any fix since according to the listing of thre phone I bought "the screen protector shouldn't have even been there". But guess what, it was there, they broke it, and refused to fix the issue or really even apologize. I will not go back to this BestBuy or any other if I can help it for as long as I live. Horrible experience overall

  Unprofessional!! Took my kid to get Pokémon cards here and was told by “Allysa” that there were none, but to our surprise she suddenly found one to give it to the second customer in line. When confronted, she just brushed it off with an oops. We spoke to Brian, the supervisor, but all we got was a “sorry”. My kid was left crying and asking why they were being unfair. Thanks for treating a kid so unkindly!

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Best Buy in Winter Garden Village. The staff member who initially assisted me, Andrew Carmona, made me feel unimportant as a customer. His customer service was poor, and his smirking during our interaction came across as condescending and unprofessional, which was extremely uncomfortable. Thankfully, Nando completely turned the experience around. His customer service was top-tier patient, respectful, and genuinely helpful. He assisted me with picking up the two iPads I purchased online and made sure the screen protectors were applied properly. His professionalism and willingness to help are exactly what customer service should look like. While my initial experience was frustrating, Nando deserves recognition for his excellent service. I hope management addresses the behavior I experienced and continues to encourage the level of service Nando provided.

  Best Buy needs to do better when it comes to time management and adequate note of their inventory. We went to the Lakeland location to get an iPad and accessories and spent over a 1000 dollars, only to be told they don’t have it and to go to the Winter garden location. Went there and had me wait for over 5 hours claiming my order was processing only to tell me they don’t have the iPad in the store. Where is this done? I’m posting this here and will also be reaching out via email because this is unfair. It’s almost like you don’t care about your customers. Please do better. Thank you.

  0 star if I could. I am writing this review in hopes of getting this issue resolved ASAP as this has been a TERRIBLE experience My husband and I have been dealing with since Friday 12/5 for a TV that was exchanged / purchased on 11/30. Delivery was for 12/5 and the crew did not feel “safe” to install the TV and left with it along with a sound bar. They did leave the TV that was supposed to be exchanged along with sound bar with us. Since Friday, we have been to the store twice to rectify the issue and do another exchange however the store told us to call 1-888-BEST-BUY. My husband and I spoke to Dennis and Augusto. As of right now, we have called and explained the situation 3 times. First time, we were on hold for almost an hour, we spoke to Sony. Second time half hour, I spoke to Ray. 3rd time which was just now spoke to Eric. All 3 times we were told “order is in Transit” we will escalate. We have receipts, and reference #s for all the escalations and still no resolution. I’ve been a Best Buy member for a LONG time and currently a Best Buy Total member. There has to be a better way to treat your customers. Imagine having to explain this every time we call. Time spent on the phone, driving to the store and money for the products. Next step, will be Reporting this well documented matter to the BBB and our lawyer.
