  On March 5, 2026 around 6:30 PM, a coworker and I stopped by the store to look at some sound systems for jobs we’re currently working on. We’re both A/V technicians and were in our work uniforms while checking out the demo units in the appliance section to see what might be a good fit for our customers. While we were doing this, a Best Buy employee came up to us and told us to stop “playing” with the demos. The way it was said came across as rude and dismissive, especially since we were just trying to evaluate products that are set up specifically for customers to test. I’ve been in the A/V field for a long time and have never had an interaction like that while simply looking at equipment for work. It was pretty disappointing, particularly while clearly being there in a professional capacity. I’m sharing this so store management is aware of the situation. Interactions like this can really affect where professionals choose to purchase equipment. Because of this experience, I’ll most likely be buying directly from manufacturers going forward.

  Wemt to pickup a prepaid TV. Not the first time but definitely the worst time. Told the rep I was looking for a TV stand so I would return when found. Long story short they don't have stands only wall mounts smh. Also wanted me to get my own cart and take it out myself. Previous pickups mind you have gone smoothly plenty of help. Delivery is usually free so I'll wait next time.

  I am beyond frustrated after what happened today at your Winter Garden, FL store (3367 Daniels Rd). I went into the store specifically to purchase a JBL PartyBox 720 that was clearly displayed on the sales floor with a price of $850. That price is the only reason I brought the item to checkout. When it was scanned at the register, the price suddenly jumped to $1,099. That is a $249 difference. This is not a small mistake — it is misleading pricing, and it feels like a classic bait-and-switch. Customers should not have to guard themselves at the register to avoid being overcharged. I spoke with the store manager, Nando, and he refused to honor the clearly displayed price or make any effort to resolve the situation. I have photo proof of the display and the $850 price tag. This is unacceptable business practice and a serious breakdown in customer trust. I am requesting that Best Buy immediately honor the advertised in-store price of $850 so I can complete this purchase as intended. I did my part as a customer — your store needs to stand behind the price it advertises. I expect a prompt resolution and instructions on how this will be corrected right away.
