- SESJohn Evets3 days ago1.0The store on 466A is the worst experience I’ve had at any Verizon location. Received msg IPHONE was delivered, customer service person said it wasn’t. Went back the following day found out phone had been delivered. Instead of looking for my phone, the young man kept going outside to speak with ( I presume) his girlfriend. He didn’t help me when I needed his help. One person operating the store is not good business when 5 or 6 customers have been waiting HOURS to get help. After two days of utter frustration and waiting to have my phone activated, I went to another location on county road 466 and in less than 15 minutes, my old phone was wiped clean by the female customer service rep and new phone was working flawlessly. I don’t know how this location on 466A stays in business. Customer service should be a priority in any business. I will never set foot in that store again especially after reading the response from the OWNER to other customers that have complained about the poor quality of service.

The manager of the store talked me into a postpaid account and said that it would be cheaper. My prepaid account was $65 I just got a bill for 99.98. I feel swindled I feel misled and I feel lied to. He told me my price out the door would be $72 with no additional fees. Then I got my bill and it was $99.88. there was additional activation fees that he did not mention.
