  Dr. Morales and Brittany (sorry if spelled wrong) in radiology were wonderful in accommodating my anxious dog and determining what was going on internally through CT scans and cytology tests. Brittany was also present a month prior the night I came in as an emergency for my cat. She was just as lovely then as was Dr. Vogel that put my cat to sleep that night. They were urgent in actions, treatment and informing me of what was happening. On one occasion, I had arrived at 7pm for my dog and didn’t leave until around 12am and spent that night simply waiting. The doctor that night did not listen to what I had stated and noted my dog had diarrhea which he didn’t. That has now followed to another vet specialist who prescribed my dog medication for diarrhea for no reason without discussing that with me first. I did feel I was disregarded and not listened to that night. Also, one of the check-out girls stated her cat was still here (alive) so she was great when cordially asked how she was doing and vice versa…may want to reconsider why people are there and are going through before making such comments.

  Took my very sick baby there, we were both so scared! Thanks to Dr. Gray, and Nurse Amy, and the entire team for welcoming me and Tigger, and loving him all day. This day made so much difference to us! A little love, smarts, and true caring helped us both through a very difficult day. Thank you for what you so every day. I highly recommend you take your beloved fur baby to this hospital.

  Nurse Caine was amazing! great experience because of her! she explained everything so good! there was no rush & no push to do all of the expensive tests! she gave great info & recommendations on what to do! the doctor was also very nice & informative!

  DO NOT COME HERE — overpriced and frustrating experience. I went in for a second opinion after already having an MRI done, but instead of reviewing it and giving answers, they pushed expensive tests and even suggested repeating the MRI with little explanation. It felt more about charging than helping my pet, and I was told even simple follow-up questions would cost extra. Be cautious—ask about costs and the purpose of every test upfront.

  We received amazing, compassionate care at VCA the veterinary ER. It was early morning and a weekend at that! Our pug Hope needed to be seen right away due to her uti/bladder stones situation. The doctors and staff were kind, attentive, and truly cared about our pet during a very stressful time. They took the time to explain everything and made sure our pet was comfortable. We are so grateful for their professionalism and dedication.❤️ Highly recommend!
