  Just the other day I read an article in Bloomberg about how Best Buy was surviving and thriving in the world of Amazon, pointing out their desire to be the IT counselor to their clients, not just be in the 'transaction business.' It struck me immediately, as that is exactly why I have bought my electronics exclusively at Best Buy over the years--because I feel that I can always count on solid advice and direction, and installation and set-up from Geek Squad, in an area that is decidedly not my expertise!
