  They want over $300 to switch over two lines.. not really “free” iPhone 13. They claimed the money you paid was for 3mos. yet that is untrue and I still received a bill a month later. Don’t believe what they tell you. Update: I have talked to this location multiple times and they refuse to refund my funds and properly charge me accordingly. I continuously request the owner to call me and they refuse! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! The advertisement with their address says “$25/month taxes and fees included FREE iPhone 13 when you switch 2-4 lines”.. they mention an activation fee which this location claims is $70.00.. $70.00x2 is 140.00 I paid 350.00.. I am due a refund! I need someone of a higher authority to contact me immediately! I have been patiently waiting and had enough!

  I had big iPhone issue and went into Total Wireless for help. They not only fixed my iPhone 13 issues but also showed me how to save money. I bought a iPhone 13 case also. This is a very Nice Wireless Store, Very Clean, Welcoming, Big Variety and Well Setup. Friendly & Helpful People
