- DTDaniel TellezSep 10, 20131.0I cracked my screen so i decided to go to geek squad to get it fixed didn't mind the extra cost that it would be since it was right around the corner and it would not be a long trip. When i got there i was told i needed to purchase a screen from a 3rd party that was odd in itself but i went ahead and purchased one. well when i got it a week later i went back to get it replaced. well than another person goes and tells me that they don't do computer repairs on site and it would take 2 weeks or more to send it to their service center and at which they added that it would be a completely different price. this was of course after i had went there yesterday to set an appointment. To say the least i was very upset and can't imagine how such a disorganized store gets anything complete. Try your up most to avoid this place even if its your only option.

Then when I went to pick it up the price was way higher they they wsaid it would be. Just to bring it in for them to look at was $129.95. Don't get ripped off by geek squad. They are crooks
