Horrible layout of tablets. Samsung on table and levano 3 isles over. Past other tupes of devices not even tablets. No information displayed to compare models. Staff, when they finally acknowledge shoppers push accessories that they do not have or are incompatible with the device one purchases. Than pushing accessories that cost more then the device

WARNING: Do yourself a favor and get whatever you need from Amazon before even considering going to this store.
I ordered a TV on 11/22 to be delivered and installed on 12/2. Best Buy required me to keep the entire day open. The day before, they confirmed a 3–7pm delivery window and provided a live tracker for the technician.
Throughout the day, the delivery time kept getting pushed back—first to 6pm, then later and later until 7:45pm. At that point, the page suddenly refreshed and showed no appointment scheduled at all. No one contacted me by phone, email, or text. My appointment was simply cancelled with zero explanation.
After spending 30 minutes on the phone with customer support, I was told the best they could do was reschedule for 12/10—more than a week later.
I then visited the West Palm Beach store to speak with a manager. After waiting another 30 minutes, he told me he had escalated the issue, that I would receive “special compensation,” and that I would get a call within 40 minutes to fix my situation. No one ever called.
Frustrated, I called customer support again to cancel the entire order. I was told it was fully cancelled and that I would be refunded for the TV, installation, and all associated charges. I was told I’d receive an email confirming this. Instead, I only received an email saying the installation was cancelled. The delivery was still active, and the TV was neither refunded nor cancelled.
I went back to the store yet again, and was told they couldn’t refund me because the TV was “in transit.” They explained that I would have to wait for the TV to be delivered, refuse it, and then request a pickup before a refund would even be possible. Another manager repeated that there was nothing they could do—and even admitted that “this happens quite frequently.”
At this point, I genuinely don’t know what else to do. The store doesn’t care, the managers didn’t resolve anything, and customer support misled me multiple times. I’ve wasted hours of my time, rescheduled work commitments, and still have no TV and no refund.
I’m leaving this review to warn others: avoid going through what I went through. If you want reliability, communication, and basic customer service, order from Amazon instead. Best Buy has made it clear they have no interest in resolving issues quickly or fairly. Truly couldn't be more disappointed in this company.
