I honestly didn’t even know I could pay way less for a much more efficient and reliable connection. I wanted to wait before leaving a review to make sure everything actually worked like I was told. I can say now that everything Yuri said was 100% true. She really listened to my problems, explained things in a way that made sense, and was straight up honest with me. I never felt rushed or like she was just trying to sell me something, which was refreshing. She asked a lot of questions and paid attention to all the little details, especially when transferring my stuff over. Switching phones is usually stressful for me, especially since this one was a different model, but she made it super easy. The whole process went way smoother than I expected. I left feeling confident about my decision and really happy with the service. If you’re thinking about switching, I definitely recommend Cricket and ask for Yuri she really was remarkable.
