My experience at the Verizon Store on Bruce B Downs was wonderful. The sales associate Jimmy was very professional and knowledgeable of the product. It did take a long time to transfer my pictures and videos, but that is not their fault. I did have over 4k pictures in my old phone. Thank you to Jimmy and Nader.

We had an excellent experience working with Ansley at this store. She was knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful. As long time Verizon customers, we were looking to upgrade our phones and make changes to our phone plan. Ansley took care of everything for us, and also made sure we knew of new features and plan changes. Additionally, she also followed up with us to make sure everything was taken care of. I have nothing but great things to say. Yusuf helped us switch carriers and provided information clearly and seamlessly. Process was easy and he answered all our questions with patience. I just had a wonderful experience working with Ray at Verizon Wesley Chapel , BBD Blvd. Not only was Ray very knowledgeable, but very personable, making my 1 1/2 hours there every worthwhile. He took the time to find every possible deal, every discount and free accessory he could find for our 4 new apple 17's for cheaper monthly payments that I had with my other company. He ordered the color phones of our choosing and will complete all of the transferring of our current phone numbers as soon as our phones come in. I will leave a second review when the process is completed. Thank you, Ray.

These jerks cancelled my pickup order for a new iPhone because they couldn’t get the higher commission from an in store purchase vs online. This was after I already drove to the store and waited for someone to help me. Previously they said it was ready for pickup via various calls and voicemails back and forth coordinating pick up time. Back to square one on my iPhone upgrade and I’m out a restocking fee… thanks unnecessary sales team! I’m home delivery from here on out!
