When I walked in, I honestly wasn’t expecting the level of service he provided. He is, without a doubt, one of the most knowledgeable smartphone representatives, across any brand, that I have ever spoken with. Not only was he extremely informed, but he also genuinely looked out for both me and my daughter as we made the switch from T-Mobile. He took the time to ensure we received the best possible deal and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. By the time I walked out, I didn’t just feel confident that switching to Verizon was the right decision but I also felt like I had made a great new contact. From my first impression, Ron comes across as a truly great person who cares about his customers. Anytime I have questions or need assistance with Verizon or my smartphone, I will absolutely be going back to him.

This location is amazing , I appreciated the service from Samatha and Ron they were amazing to deal with . Everything was explained throughly , so no worries about seeing something on the bill that shouldn’t be there. It took me under an hour to get all my phones switched over (5lines) 25-35 mins maybe . I love that they had all the iphone17 in stock . I will definitely be visiting this location again !

Isa was very helpful and understood what was needed to make the change successful. He texted me everything I would need to do beforehand. I came a week later and Isa kept his word. The entire process was seamless. I felt like Isa was a trustworthy person and I don’t say that a lot. We had a phone to be sent to my son in the military across the states and he handled it with ease. I had two small children and his courtesy and kindness went above and beyond. He provided bowls for chips and water for my son and daughter. What a great guy and it was such an authentic experience rarely felt in this industry. He is my go to guy. See Isa- that is the man..
