The process ended up having several unexpected issues on the Spectrum side, but JJ stayed on top of everything from start to finish. He and the manager worked through each problem step by step and never made me feel rushed or brushed off. What really stood out was JJ’s commitment. He even responded to my questions on a day he was off from work, which says a lot about his dedication and character. He was personable, down to earth, and easy to talk to, which made a stressful process much more manageable. The store overall showed genuine care, professionalism, and teamwork. It’s rare to find that level of customer service these days, and I truly appreciate the effort they put in to make sure everything was handled correctly. Highly recommend this location and especially JJ.

He was so kind and made all of my kiddos fell like they were just relaxing at home. Took away the stress of having to take the time to transfer phone. We all know tech is unpredictable sometimes it’s nice and quick and sometimes it’s lengthy. Well he made it feel like a breeze. I specially appreciated that he wrote everything down to keep all 6 phone upgrades straightforward and for me to see no hidden numbers. Thank you Isa! Everything came out as planned and now we are all home enjoying I iPhone 17 Pro Max and I phone 17 Pro’s. I will be definitely staying Verizon and always upgrading w Isa. Everyone run and take advantage of this nice upgrade! If Isa is not available ask for JJ or Samantha they were all amazing too. Tell them Bri sent you. ;-)

He was so nice and literally sat on the phone for an hour at times in the store to fix my issues so I wouldn’t have to do it alone at home and frustrated lol. Even though my situation was a little complicated he never gave up trying to help me and would call everyone he could. He is truly dedicated to helping his customers and being a friendly face. I definitely recommend asking for him if you’re ever in that particular store:))
