    I went to the Wesley chapel store to get a Samsung TV; it was advertised for$329. Sales person said it was no longer available,price now was $449. 10 minutes later I went back to the store And show them a screenshot of their ad. All of sudden, like magic, they found The TV for $329. How sad, they tried to pull one over a senior person.

    This place is a joke. The geek squad employees seem like they hate their jobs. Tyler was the geek squad employee that “helped” me and it was like pulling teeth to get him to run a diagnostic on my phone. I told him the back glass and back camera needed to be replaced as another Apple location had already ran the diagnostic. He told me to leave and go get a new phone from Apple, I told him they are not offering me a new phone and the locations i’d been to only have late appointments where they can’t complete the service. He huffed and puffed the entire interaction and finally ran the diagnostic on my phone. After confirming for himself that it was just the back camera and glass he told me he was going to “check if they had the parts” he was gone less than 5 minutes and came back to tell me he did not have the parts. As a designated apple repair store, i find it extremely hard to believe that you don’t have iphone back glasses in stock when that’s very common damage on iphones. I believe management needs to step in and either offer more support for their clearly overworked and miserable employees or put people in that position that actually want to help as that entire job description is HELPING. It’s written all over walls and papers and then the employees are extremely unhelpful. I will urge anyone and everyone i know to NOT visit this location. There’s plenty of other locations and it’s a joke the way this was handled if the parts genuinely were not here. Maybe another tip if you don’t normally carry apple repair parts would be to let people know on your website they’ll have to wait 5 business days before receiving parts so nobody’s time is wasted. Ridiculous.

    Best Buy shipping absolutely sucks. If it could be a 0 I would make it a 0. 1) got a floor model TV for delivery. They delivered the wrong one. Charged me full price for the model I chose at the store that was unboxed. Would not come to my house to get the wrong TV back 2) they shipped ALL of my holiday gifts to an address from 2 years ago when my default address was clearly in the system. In fact, I had just received a delivery three weeks prior to my active address. Needless to say, I should charged them for all the wasted time on the phone with their useless shippers who couldn’t change the delivery address or their stupid app with bs AI customer service (which may as well have just been a PDF file). 3) Their in store people act like the shipping/website side of their business is out of their control completely. May as well order from Amazon or Target. And what good is the “total tech” membership I have when the service is so terrible to begin with? May as well be called “total aggravation program”. Never order ANYTHING for the holidays from Best Buy. Ever. What a nightmare.

    Very Unprofessional Price Match Experience I purchased a Hisense 100-inch TV from Best Buy for $1,199 during Black Friday. Customer service reviewed my case for over 45 minutes and explicitly approved a price match, instructing me to visit the store to receive the refund. When I went to the store, the employee (Justin) refused to even open my account, dismissed the prior approval, and asked me to repeat the entire process again. After requesting a manager, Kat eventually checked my account and confirmed the price match approval was already noted. Despite this, I was later called and told the price match was denied. This shows a serious lack of communication and professionalism between customer service and store management. Either customer service approvals mean nothing, or stores choose not to honor them. I have been a loyal customer for years, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I hope Best Buy corporate addresses this issue.

    Decent selection. I went in about two weeks ago to try the Beats Studio Pro headphones but the buttons didn’t work or play anything. I asked the guy at the counter about it, and he said there had been a ticket out to get it fixed for three days already and suggested I just buy them and return if I don’t like them. Two weeks later (couple days ago), I called them to ask if they got it fixed, left on hold for 15+ minutes and they never picked up. I called them several more times after a while, still on hold. Decided to just drive down there. When I walk in, a couple of the workers just talking and laughing, others standing around doing nothing? Oh, and the demo station was still broken. I tried two other pairs of Skullcandy headphones; both were broken. Two super popular brands and neither demos work. Disappointing because Best Buy stores are scarce around here.
