    Great experience at this store. The young man that helped us was great. We went in looking to buy a mid range priced 59" Roku TV. He showed us the difference in the one that we thought was pretty good and the Roku Pro model. We wound up spending the extra money and now that we have had it a couple of weeks, we are so glad that we spent the extra bucks. Phenomenal picture and sound

    Aside from the friendly lady that greeted us when we enter the store and asked what we needed, it is the worst customer service that I have had in any Best Buy stores ever. Went to the Geek Squad because we needed some help with an Iphone and an iPad, while we were on the line there was a lady helping a customer and a young male available but a lady got in so we waited, that's when we noticed that there was a way to put ourselves on a list and that the next representative wasn't available until an hour later, so we tried to put ourselves on the list to no avail. Even when the lady customer in front of us left, the young male never acknowledged our presence to at least find out what we needed and went to the back without saying a word. We stayed a few minutes but the other lady was busy with a customer, some other worker made it to the front but didn't acknowledge us either, so after not being able to request the appointment and no one talking to us, we left the store. Left 1 star for the friendly lady that greeted us but the rest has been the worst experience in customer service ever. Needed to buy some cables but didn't do it and got them elsewhere.

    Had an iPhone 17 Pro Max with a battery issue. Drove there twice and was told they’d have to send it in to Apple, but that the Apple Store could help us. Too bad they didn’t tell us that on the 40 minute first trip!!! I highly DO NOT recommend the Geek Squad!

    Member of geek squad told me my phone was not covered under warranty and then proceeded to tell me I’m the one who broke it. All I told her was that there was the potential that it happened because of vibrations from my motorcycle while it was plugged in… that’s not me breaking it. That means the charging port is a POS, not that I broke it. She said I’d have to buy a whole new phone if I wanted it fixed. Huge waste of time, I should’ve just gone to Apple. I’m almost certain this person just didn’t feel like working.

    Your Ai phone answering service stinks. It took me 3 phone calls to get a Human to answer. The Ai software doesn't understand the words "Agent" "Representative" "Human" or "Attach my Eero" which were shouted into the phone over and over and over again. I hate technology and thats exactly why I was calling, I can't attach my blinking eero devices to each other or to my home network. After being totally frustrated calling Spectrum 3x and trying to work this out for myself for days I finally call Best Buy and I can't get a blinking human on the phone. AAAARGH. I finally get a human and he puts me on hold and then hangs up on me. Now we are going on call #4. This is crap, esp since I pay for Geek Squad and just want to schedule a home appt.
