- MPMike PJan 13, 20261.0Ordered a TV with install. I was NO SHOWED and NO CALLED. Verified appointment 3 times and all said that they were still going to show up and they never did despite taking the day off of work for the appointment. They farmed out the install to a company called Manada. Can't talk to ANYONE at the store. Number goes to "customer support". When asking to speak with someone at the store they say you have to go there. Useless to use service! No wonder retail is dying. They forgot how to do customer service!

While in the store the tech said “you are accusing geek squad of deleting files.” Regardless of if it was an accident or intentional they were deleted while geek squad was working on my computer. That is a fact 100% and I have it in writing not to delete anything.
