f I were you, I wouldn’t go to that store — especially this specific location. The manager stands outside telling people they can get a free phone and switch their plan at no cost, and that they’ll match whatever plan you currently have. He tells everyone the same thing.
I was there, and everything ended up being a lie — from the lady who sold me the plan, to the manager, to everyone involved. If you do go, make sure you get every detail in writing and leave with a copy, because what they tell you in person will not match what you end up being charged later.
When we got home a few days after signing up, we were paying much more than what they promised. I went back and even called Verizon, and they told me that the plan I have with T-Mobile cannot be matched at all.
So be very careful with that store — honestly, if I were you, I wouldn’t even go.

Came to return a phone that was in the return window and still sealed in the box.
Gave it to the rep and he said there was some glitch in my account, and went into the back room for 10 minutes.
He came out, wouldn't look me in the eye, just tapping on his company iPad, and said I couldn't return it.
Confused, I then asked what I should do to return the phone and get my money back, and he said "I don't know", and that was it - just went silent. No suggestion like, "let's call the 800 corporate number together, and see what we can do", or any suggestion at all.
It was a stare down for 30 seconds after that as I waited for a better response than "I don't know."
Plus, I think he felt a little sheepish to come out and tell me he had no idea, because when I told him "I didn't know" wasn't an acceptable answer, and he was representing Verizon corporate, and I needed more guidance in how to solve the problem, he got defensive and a little angry, like if i was outside the store we'd be standing toe to toe getting ready to go at it. Im just trying to return a phone, and he's worried about someone disrespecting him. Felt like I was in high school
Worst customer service ever. Poorly trained (at least this guy) and unknowledgeable. Those guys are just in there to grab a few dollars from some sales and that's about it. Anything else and they don't want to deal with it.
As a solution, I called Verizon corporate and they sent a mailer to get the phone back because I was in the return window. If the rep inside the store had just taken 5 minutes to help me solve my problem, this had been a five-star review. But you really need to look at who you're hiring in that place.
