  My laptop had been hacked. when i called my bank to be aware just in case, she suggested going to the Geek Squad. I brought it in the gentleman at the counter was friendy. He had a great pitch for the membership so I took it.They took my laptop and in 2 days later it was ready. I picked it up took it home and when I went to use it the next day a red banner came up saying "someone is monitering your computer". i brought it and the next day and it was fixed. The following is who I dealt with everytime I came in, this is why I gave you 5 stars.. The woman at the counter was extremely helpful and patient she put up with me for the 3 times i came in. She showed me how I could find my old passwords to restore some files. There were also a few other things she helped me with. Because of her I will always refer people to the Wellington Geek Squad. Her name is Claudette F. I do not want to add her last name for her privacy. You should be very pleased to have an employee who is so helpful and pleasant to deal with. Thank you, Dave F

  It takes forever for someone to answer your phone they keep me on hold over 20 minutes sometimes a half hour sometimes I just hang up and to hell with the product

  Charged me $100 to say : could be this, could be that. Also your computer is too old to fix, bye now. And I think a good tech would be able to know that at first glance. Before taking my money but oh well what to expect...

  Thankyou to the wonderful technician John Paul who came to my house to fix my computer. He was very polite and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough good things about him. Thank you again I wish there were more stars.
