  My laptop had been hacked. when i called my bank to be aware just in case, she suggested going to the Geek Squad. I brought it in the gentleman at the counter was friendy. He had a great pitch for the membership so I took it.They took my laptop and in 2 days later it was ready. I picked it up took it home and when I went to use it the next day a red banner came up saying "someone is monitering your computer". i brought it and the next day and it was fixed. The following is who I dealt with everytime I came in, this is why I gave you 5 stars.. The woman at the counter was extremely helpful and patient she put up with me for the 3 times i came in. She showed me how I could find my old passwords to restore some files. There were also a few other things she helped me with. Because of her I will always refer people to the Wellington Geek Squad. Her name is Claudette F. I do not want to add her last name for her privacy. You should be very pleased to have an employee who is so helpful and pleasant to deal with. Thank you, Dave F

  It takes forever for someone to answer your phone they keep me on hold over 20 minutes sometimes a half hour sometimes I just hang up and to hell with the product

  Seriously the worst experience over the phone ever.. I mean it's 4:30pm on a Thursday(& not a holiday), so they're defiantly open. I know someone was there too because at first no one was answering the phone and then after a while of nonstop ringing someone started switching me between hold (with elevator music) and then back to ringing. For 9mins I waited, going back and forth at random.. (Might not seem like a long time, but when you're a busy person with a lot* of things to do in a day, 9mins is way too long to have absolutely no outcome) Someone was just toying around with the phones instead of doing their job and answering the calls as they came through. How or why was this person hired and how or why they keep their job, is beyond me, but no one deserves to be treated with such disrespect. I just needed to ask a few questions. (Should have only taken maybe* 5mins, but instead, I wasted 9 on the phone and now another 5 typing this review.) Unbelievable. Also, this wasn't my first* or even second* terrible experience, but its definitely my last! If I could rate this business no stars, I would. This company is total BS! I'll never try to use geek squad services as long as I live, and I'll try to make sure my friends and family don't waste their time or money on them either. You can learn from my mistakes, or find out for yourself, I promise I won't tell you I told ya so lol! Anywho, didn't mean to rant, if i did, I hope everyone has a wonderful day!❤
