    I highly encourage people who want quality service to stay away from Best Buy! My sister and I bought identical televisions last Christmas. My television is fine, but hers is not working properly and we called Best Buy to schedule a service appointment while it was still under the warranty. An appointment was scheduled for December 26 And although there was a confirmation given the geek squad never showed up. So an appointment was rescheduled for January 10 and my sister just got notified that that appointment is now also canceled. It’s been Weeks since the original appointment was scheduled. Absolutely horrible customer service Even when you supposedly have the service package.

    Kyra (K Y R A)🧑🏿‍✈️ at Best Buy went above and beyond. She handled my return, my purchase, and my purchase again with ease, and even showed me what I might need for my Insta360 cam. This was the best customer service I’ve had at Best Buy in a year, it’s usually hard to find help after the initial greeting.

    This was my second trip to this Best Buy Wellington location this week and Claudette in the Geek Squad area assisted me on both occasions. I ordered an Otterbox iPhone 17 Pro max case online and when I went into the store to pick it up Claudette assisted me. She was efficient and professional on a busy holiday which was greatly appreciated. When I got home and realized that there was no screen protector included, I went back to Best Buy to purchase one in store. Since my husband was not at home, I paid extra to get my screen protector professionally installed by Geek Squad (because I knew I would not be able to put it on properly). Unfortunately, Schyla in Geek Squad refused to help me take off the new phone case. I explained that I didn’t know how to take off the new case as my husband put the phone case on yesterday when I purchased it at Best Buy. Schyla insisted that I needed to get the case off myself and she couldn’t help me. I asked her for instructions and I was clearly struggling to get the case off and embarrassed (much to Schyla’s delight). When Claudette saw what was happening, she came over to assist me and I was beyond grateful. Thank you so much Claudette as you went above and beyond to help me. I have been shopping at Best Buy for over 25 years and Claudette is the most helpful and courteous employee at the Wellington location. We need more people like Claudette in the world who genuinely care.

    I will never shop at Best Buy again. I ordered an open box fridge that was designated excellent condition on the website. According to the website, excellent condition means it functions perfectly and has zero cosmetic damage. I was unable to see the condition of the item upon pick up because it was wrapped in cardboard and bubble wrap. Upon opening the item at home, there was a large scratch and dent on the side, as well as a small scratch in the stainless steel. According to the website, this should have been listed in fair condition. You can't call the store directly so I called the call center and they told me they could not do anything. They said I had to go to the store and speak to the manager. It is ridiculous that I have to take hours out of my day and go to the store in person to resolve this. Best Buy has terrible customer service and I will go elsewhere in the future.

    I spend thousands at this store but probably not anymore. Went in to grab some things for the home office set up. They have a docking station that clearly is marked as 99 dollars but rang up for 119. I asked someone by the exit probably a manager on duty about this and they said it’s whatever the price rang up for at the register. So why do you have it mislabeled on the floor then? Now a bunch of other people are going to have that same issue because they don’t even care to check. I just left. Never going to shop back at this location.
