  So I went here to buy an open box refrigerator for a garage. Normally when I go to this location, everything's great.They have what I wanted.But in this instance, I was appalled. Like, I stayed in and went to buy an open box refrigerator again.It's only for a garage.So I really didn't care if it had dents or a drawer missing. When I was inspecting one of the refrigerators, I looked at the top of it, the Greece and dirt had to be too interested. And so that led me to believe it was in someone's house for not a couple of days because they were waiting for a new one, but I believe for more than six months and they put it on the floor and they were trying to sell it as excellent.And for over 400.00 dollars. I brought it to the attention of the staff and they could care less. If I wanted something like that I would have went on facebook marketplace, enrolled my dice there.I've probably got a better one for a cheaper price. So if you're looking to buy an open box item, make sure you inspect every inch of it. No matter where you go, especially Best Buy.

  Beware of dishonest practices and backdoor deals at the Wellington Best Buy. I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience at this location that customers should be aware of. I went into the Wellington Best Buy specifically to purchase a Pokémon Prismatic Evolutions SPC box, which showed as in stock at the store. When I asked for assistance at the register and requested that they check inventory, I was told there were none available. Another employee even confirmed that any stock for this item would normally be held up front at the register implying there truly were none left. However, while I was checking out for other items, I looked over and saw the same cashier ringing up his friend for the exact Pokémon Prismatic Evolutions SPC box I had just been told did not exist. This happened minutes after I was denied the purchase. This behavior is extremely dishonest and unprofessional. It strongly suggests that employees are holding items for friends or engaging in backdoor deals while lying to paying customers. People take time out of their day, drive to the store, and rely on the inventory shown online only to be misled at the counter. This kind of conduct is unfair, corrupt, and unacceptable for a major retailer. If items are being reserved, that should be transparent and consistent for all customers not selectively hidden and handed off to friends. I wasted time and effort coming to this store only to be blatantly lied to. I would strongly caution other customers, especially collectors, to think twice before trusting this location’s inventory or staff. Until this kind of behavior is addressed, I will not be returning to this Best Buy.

  I was looking for external storage for my PC. It said online it had one I went there. They showed me where it was in and out. Very happy
